When one is dining to celebrate a special occasion, one looks for excellent food, service & ambiance. The food & service was quite good, but I would have liked it to be a bit more quiet. Other than that, all was quite good! The salted caramel creme brulee was so delicious! I highly recommend it!
Cooper's Hawk never disappoints. Food and wine are consistently fabulous and so is the service!

Delicious food from beginning (brussels sprouts app) to middle (Atlantic Salmon, Barramundi) to end (Reese's Ice Cream Cookie). Server was very friendly and attentive.
Our reservation was for 5:45 PM. We arrived a few minutes early but were seated right away and within 10 minutes our server took our drink order. We waited another 10 minutes before she returned to take our dinner order. Our meal didn't arrive for another 20 minutes. A manager stopped by and said our order was the next up. It would have been nice to have a drink comped for our extended wait. The noise level was awful, but we also experienced that at the Tampa location. The parking at this location is not the best. The food was amazing and I would love to try several other dishes on the menu. I would probably only dine here again for lunch.
We took some Canadian friends to Cooper's Hawk for their first visit, and they loved it!
As always - never disappoints! Bacon wrapped shrimp was fabulous as were the Filet Medallions. Our server was very patient with our quest for the perfect red wine and since it was my friends birthday the truffles were a lovely finish to a great evening.
As always we enjoyed our wine tasting and meal at Cooper's Hawk. Never have been disappointed by the food or service.
Excellent food, great service. The peach sangria is delicious, chicken piccata was excellent and their sâmores dessert was to die for.
Excellent variety on the menu. All the dishes were well prepared and of high quality. Comfortable restaurant and very good service. All four of us agreed we will return.
