Ordered $20 worth of burrito bowls for my wife and I, got home ready to eat only to find there’s no meat? After searching for a while I found little traces of meat here and there… never going to this place again! What a rip off, $20 for rice and veggies??? Also they put way too much jalapeños into their food so I could only eat about a third before I couldn’t eat any more because of how spicy it is, and I like spicy food.Update: caused stomach problems and diarrhea the next day…

Imagine spending 20+ dollars for a quarter bowl of Diarrhea. Hadn't eaten at Chipotle in 3 years because of poor service and quality.. barely any chicken in it.. ordered double. Hardly any lettuce. Just left over scraps. Never getting food from here again

Visited 7/16- unimpressed. No chicken, steak, fajitas, and chips. Apparently the US is still experiencing a change shortage (2020 was two years ago) - they expect payment in exact change. A small handwritten note to advertise they are out of almost everything.

Ordered 2 bowls. They had barley any chicken in containers, scraping for the crumbs, should have walked out then. Ordered guacamole and they said they were out of chips. Went to sit down and it was absolutely FILTHY not one table clean. Very disappointing!!! Food wasn’t what it should have been either at 6 pm. Pictures attached but don’t show how dirty the tables really were! No room for garbage either.

Ordered my food through the app & when I arrived it was supposedly stolen. So I had to wait for new food to be made & not even an offer of a drink or something to level put my experience. Although, the female making my food had a lovely accent & looked great. You know you look good when you do it in a fast food outfit & apron! ?

Not sure how this establishment is still operating. The dining area is never clean. The employees look depressed and there is no sense of urgency in preparing orders. I tend to place an online order for pickup and my order is always completely messed up. I guess I'll keep contacting Chipotle support to get a coupon for a free meal until they can get it right!

The food is always good. but the service? Meh. I've ordered online using the app twice now, 30 to 40 minutes in advance... And both times the food wasn't ready. I had to ask for it at the register, and then wait another 5 or 10 minutes for it to be prepared. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I would just get in line and order it there, but the line in the evening is always 20+ people deep and appears to move very slowly. As mentioned previously, the food is good and I should include that the staff are really nice, but it is quite the hassle to get your food in a timely manner by typical 'fast casual" standards. It looks like they have a lot of people working there, but maybe they need more help? Good spot, but they need to make things move along a lot quicker.

What a mess!Go in at 6pm on a Saturday. The place looks like it’s in shambles! The food looks good in the line but everything looks like my 5 year old dished it out.They make us wait to fulfill 4 online orders in front of us (I don’t mind waiting. I understand.) All 4 orders receive guacamole from the other “online orders” bar. When we ask for it I’m told it’s not available “for online orders only.” I then ask “If I can order it online right away could I get a side of it with chips?” They then proceed to tell me I would need to wait for all the other online orders to be fulfilled. How is does this make sense for a side order of guacamole?No ice in the soda machine. No lemonades or juices.This is not the first time. This place has a staffing nightmare. Plenty of people walking around not helping.

I don't know why we keep torturing ourselves by ordering from this location. There's barely any actual food provided and it is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. We always double check the order ticket, which is 100% correct so I guess the employee(s) that fulfill it just don't give a flying $#%@! Items will be blatantly missing because they've been placed on the wrong meal. Case in point: 2 slots in their preportioned plates that are EMPTY because they decided one of the other meals needed those 2 toppings). And to top it all off, they are always out of chips. Consider this the end of a terrible relationship. ?

Ordered from app which immediately deducted payment from my accoun. When I arrived they were out of everything I ordered. I asked for refund said they couldn't refund me. Asked for manager - after second request a girl comes out who I am certain was not a manager. I asked for her card and she gave me a card with a mains name. The cashier was rude. The insides was filthy. Still waiting on refund!
