This place is lucky it’s getting one star! We have ordered from this Chinese store for the longest time and have never had any issues. Tonight we ordered food and it was delivered on time (because the delivery driver is the only good thing about their customer service). We open our food to find that we received beef lo mein instead of Mongolian beef. I called them back to explain the mix up and the owner decides to tell me that I didn’t order the Mongolian beef and what I got is what I ordered. So I kindly explained to him again that it wasn’t what I ordered. He starts to yell at me and tells me that I have to deal with it because they are closed and that’s what I ordered because there is a big difference between the Mongolian and the lo mein. So my boyfriend then tries to call back to see if he could figure things out, but instead the owner calls me a liar and says that I never ordered Mongolian and starts cursing my boyfriend out saying they are closed and he’s not doing anything about it. Needless to say, the food may be good, but how you handle your customers is how you stay in business and they just lost another customer. By the looks of the other reviews, I’m not surprised.
The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because I can’t give -1. I used to order food from this place for years and today I ordered a Chow Mein dish and I called them to make sure how they prepare this dish because if you search on google it’s just like lo mein but the noddles are FRIED and not soft. He brought a fried noodle in a package and a vegetable soup. I called them to explain and he couldn’t explain his own menu. He started to scream and give me attitude saying that we didn’t want the order and the order was right (?????). He said that I wouldn’t receive my refund because I refused the food and it was not his mistake. Based on the bad reviews I think it’s not unusual from him to do that.
I ordered Chow mein but before doing that I called them to make sure it was the right dish. The guy who took my call said chow mein is made with fried noodles and not soft ones and I asked what the difference would be between Cho and Lo mein and he said just the noodles would be different. When I got my order I checked and there was fried noodle in a little bag and soup in an small to go cup after realizing that was not what I had ordered and sent it back I call them back and instantly the guy started yelling at me and when I asked if I was going to get my refund he said that I was wrong and not him then I would never get a refund. Never more going to this place, worst customer service ever. By the way the driver was really polite.
They are always so friendly when I go in to pick up my food! The food is always tasty and I'm never disappointed. SO happy I found this gem!
Where's the filling there's nothing inside. Paid $6 for fried dough was charged for extra dollars to add noodles instead of rice to just have my meat and vegetables cut down two nothing to four pieces of beef and a couple of pieces of broccoli David do not get your money's worth
Lunch specials here are great, good and fast food. I have known the owner for many years and he does the best he can. I eay here 2-3 times a week getting the generous lunch specials that include a soup if you want one.
Always very good. Love the lomeim and fried rice.

I have order lots of times and food was very good. Just ordered and everything tastes like its been fried twice in old oil. So hard fried shrimp and wontons can't even chew. Very disappointed with this delivery
Had the shrimp and fried rice from here the shrimp were fried HARD and not edible and the rice was hard and old ! Wasted money and Time coming to this place! NEVER AGAIN!
