Great place to stop when traveling with kids- especially when you don't want to get fast food. Even though they were kinda busy, the service was excellent at this Chili's! The food was exactly what we wanted, in the time we wanted, and the margaritas were yummy. Kids and adults were all satisfied and happy.
Friendly wait staff good food reasonable prices. If you want burgers or fajitas etc...you won't be disappointed.

OMG! We stopped in to take a break from a ghastly downpour. Our waiter (who we nicknamed Blueberry) was very attentive to our needs, kind, and well-spoken in a noisy atmosphere. We ordered drinks (not realizing they we 2-for-1) and a plate of Nachos to share. The Nachos were outstanding, so we ordered a second plate! Had a few left over, which reheated in the microwave the next day perfectly, not sticking together or turning soggy. We will definitely order this again. Among the best Nachos I've had in years!
Absolutely disgusting, this place is filthy.The restrooms were atrocious the floors in the dining room were caked in filth. My menu had a hair in it and the food was horrible. There were more flies than customers it was absolutely nasty.
I been going to chili for years. And never had their Chili. Had it for the first time. Wow I love it. Now when I get my Burger. I have to have a bowl of chili on the side because I dip my burger and fries in the chili so I do recommend someone or anybody to try with your burger and fries
Jessica the bartender on the US 41 Trail Chili's was amazing. She is a true leader and team player she is a wonderful service provider and I enjoyed the food as well.
I usually come here at least twice a month and we are happy with our meals, but last Sunday my meal did not come out with the others. The meal was cold and did not taste good at all. The salad dressing was watered down with no flavor. Next time if the meal is bad I'm going to complain and not return
Ordered a well done hamburger plain with bacon it came out bleeding. They brought another one it was the wrong kind of hamburger it had all kinds of things on it including onions. Brought a third hamburger same thing it was a different hamburger with brisket and sauce and other things. Brought a fourth hamburger and it still was not cooked . Gave up.!!! Manager brought one hamburger but never checked on us again. Meanwhile I was done eating already befoore my wife ever got her meal. We were told the person making the hamburgers usually makes salads,this was first night making burgers. They scratched the burger from the bill. The waitress was great and very sweet she was put in a bad situation. Steer clear of this place there are better options.
