We are Gluten Free. Chick-fil-A has GF down pat except in one area: Shakes. Wanted one so bad after seeing person ahead of us with one. Sad
Spicy chicken sandwiches were hot and fresh! Very small location. Not much parking space.
What can I say, Chick-fil-A never fails.Great with there swift service getting you your order. They always have smiling faces and friendly staff. Not sure how they do it, but Amazing drive thru service. You are the best , save a cow ? Eat chicken?
Lack of ability to order to table reduced rating. Food was all well prepared and employees all friendly. It’s disorganized in inside though. They don’t give you drinks when you order and don’t give you anything for them to bring order to you. You need to listen for your name but they out it Togo bags instead of trays. Wasteful in my mind especially since eating inside and they gave me a drink carrier I had to throw away.
first time at this chick fil a, usually I go to fruitville. I understand the whole world is short staffed, though I waited by the pick up for 30 minutes for a simple chicken mini meal. unknowingly, they placed it on the mobile order cart. never called my name. when finally opening the bag to eat my cold food, no hashbrown side even though I was charged for a large. thankfully, I got a refund. beware to all, don't go to this location. furthermore, the drive thru line wraps around the building, just bad planning. should have gone through that hell loop instead of inside.
I was just stopping in the drive thru to grab something because I was on the way to the beach. I got this amazing team member named Zane who helped me decide what I wanted because I’m super indecisive and it’s sometimes embarrassing. I got the spicy tenders and he recommended the kale crunch which I’ve been to scared to try… devoured in 2.5 seconds. Literally, might have to go back and get another because it was just that good. Thanks Zane for all your help and I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day
Sorriest Chick-fil-a I have ever been to. Waited 20 min in line to order, get to speaker and they change to lunch at my car. Then I give them my order they were in such a hurry to get my order and go they missed half of it.
Just ordered a Southwest salad with Warm grilled filet none spicy! and when I asked the manager at the window she lied to my face it is what I ordered. Got home 20 minutes later and guess what I got a SPICY COLD GRILLED FILED. SERIOUSLY???? ?
Food was great but not nearly as fast as the Fruitville location. Guess I'm spoiled by Fruitville's super-efficient drive-through.
There is no curbside pickup for this location and they make everyone go through the insanely long drive through line. They have one person directing traffic and after waiting 30 minutes to get through, the fries were dry and the sandwich didn’t taste fresh. This was at 2PM.
