I got the spicy chicken strips they were ok but I would have preferred the regular. They told me they only have spicy strips at this location. It was very busy and the parking lot is hard to get in and out of.
Waited long time for the order, once we got it my family was so hungry so started to eat and half way through we realized that we had no cheese or bacon in any of the sandwiches. Since this was a mobile order unable to get any partial credit. Chick fil a has to do something to improve this level of service. They only offered additional sides and nothing else.
My wife was dying to have Chick Fila since we are from Canada and there isn't any around. We ate at a Sarasota location and couldn't believe how long the line was, two drive through lanes and lots of people inside. They had at least 12 people working inside and seemed to be a good process. Food was decent but the fries were cold. Great customer service though
I'm usually a original Chick-fil-A sandwich guy. But this time I got a spicy chicken sandwich. I wasn't too happy I won't get it again just give me the original and it was awesome. Service was always great it always is and always will be probably thank you
Always had a good experience here at this Chick-fil-A. Although it can get pretty crowded for the drive through and you can’t really leave or get to the pick up spots. Which the parking lot for the drive through was a bit bigger. Other then that great.
The Market Salad ? with Chicken Breast ? is excellent. Also, the restrooms are immaculate, smell great, and even have mouthwash and lotions...etc. after washing up... I'll be going back after a great 1st visit.
Chik fil a has a quality problem. The majority of customized orders are incorrect and every time we go the fries are terrible, soggy, and limp. We used to be regulars, going here more than once a week. Now, we only go once every other week if that. I would say, "just make sure to order everything you get as well done," but they ridiculously removed that option for guests. Until they change something, I'll be eating at L&L Hawaiian across the street. They have better fries, cheaper, and better food.
Always a pleasure when we have chick fil a. Never a disappointment. Service top of the line and food to match. Will be back soon. Thank and keep it up.
Alex was outstanding!! We splattered ketchup by accident and Alex couldn't have been nicer. He was so kind. It was a joy to meet him. What a gentleman and kind person. He deserves a raise!!! His customer support was amazing, way above and beyond. He made our visit an absolute joy!!!
Coming from Oregon, I expected this Florida Chick-fil-A to have the typical “my pleasure” attitude plus southern hospitality but we were extremely disappointed. The food was good, like always but the customer service was non existent. The first guy taking our order was completely distracted and messed up the order. The second girl that brought out our food gave us 3 sauces when we ordered 3 burgers, 4 large fries and 30 piece nuggets… when we asked for more she said she couldn’t give us more so we went inside to get more sauces where they kindly gave it to us. All in all, this took about 45 minutes for us to get all of our food and the first two people were not helpful.
