Extremely slow, be prepared to wait. Figure 5-6 minutes per vehicle. Burgers were cold, fries were hot and crisp. Not sure how they managed that, since fries were done before burger. Staff needs better time mgmt supervision. Way too much personal chat going on. Cashier should have swept rather than shuffling and kicking things on floor.
The fries were cooked in bad tasting oil was almost unbearable had a weird taste my dog would not eat them so I guess they were pretty bad the burger was really great tasted good and was prepared proper thank you and have a good day
We are professional YouTubers and muckbangers / volger?. This was our frist time eating here in Sarasota Florida?... The burgers could have been made a little better they were stingy on the vegetables they had a few strings of shredded lettuce one little tomato no onion that goes on a burger?. The condiments was a little over-the-top too much ketchup too much mustard?. The fries were on point though???. Will probably eat here again?? just not around 9:30pm at night??. Staff was friendly seem to be rushed though?. Gotta watch that window time?. Any how everything was okay I liked the fires the best?!!!!

I was picking up some food for a friend and the staff here didn't even take the time to say a single word to me. In the meantime they had about 3-4 different people leave in frustration due to not being acknowledged either. Unfortunately I had to wait another 20 mins to pick up the online order and when I did finally have the chance to grab the food they just handed it to me and didn't say a word. Definitely an odd experience to say the least. updated to 3 stars just for the response from the owner. I didn't go to the website to help them learn about my experience, if they wanted to fix it bad enough they would. SHOP LOCAL!
Computer ordering a pain, had to fix order when we got to window but they were very obliging. Saw to it that burgers were way we wanted.. But burger, shake and strawberry dessert were all yummy , as my sister had said. Lol apparently she's there a lot for the desserts.

Fries were redipped into the fryer to heat them back up. The cheese sticks seemed like they were pulled out of the fryer early. Sandwiches were made right. Although the sandwiches were good the fries and cheese sticks ruined it. Also the new order taking system sucks. It leaves too many variables in the process that can go awry. It also takes away from the customer service aspect. It feels like all you want is my money and me to leave.
Great service and attentive staff. Food was delicious. I hope they bring back the mushroom and swiss burger. Miss that something fierce.Drive through was quick and order accurate.
