Service and food was outstanding! Highly recommend the squid ink linguine. The ambiance pairs perfectly with the food. The best Italian food in the Sarasota area by far.
Iâm sorry to send this review, but I had the arugula salad with tomatoes and it was too salty. The pasta bolognese had way too much sauce on it and the pasta was not done The best thing was the lemoncello cake. We also kept smelling cigarettes smoke. The hostess said someone came in smoking and they sent them away. But we could smell it throughout the meal. We had looked forward to our meal so very much, as we had dined here before.
What a hidden gem! From the atmosphere to the delicious food, amazing! The pastaâs are all homemade. The mushroom ravioli was a top favorite. Will definitely be back.

Hidden gem in a 120 year old house. Best Scoglio Iâve had outside of Chez Black in Positano Italy. Great wine selection and delicious food! Donât forget to get desert!!
