Slow slow service. Here 45 minutes and just coming to get our orders

Had a great meal! The charcuterie board was delicious with a great variety of meats and cheeses. It was so filling, I could hardly dig into my Pizza Mia with Pepperoni, Bacon, and Onions. It was amazing and I almost wished I hadn't ordered the appetizer. It was cooked very well, with just a slight burn on the crust on one edge.My wife had an excellent pasta made with a Gluten Free pasta instead of regular pasta. We both had leftovers we enjoyed the next day to remember the great meal again!

We stopped by for an early dinner and had a nice time. We were, however, a little surprised since the menu at the restaurant is more limited than the menu online. That said, the house salad was fabulous, I had the Chicken Parm and it was very good and obviously homemade. My wife had the Tagliatelle and Short Ribs and liked it very much. Prices are very good for what you get.

I dined here on 4/11 and ordered the special of the evening, wild mushroom ravioli. As I moved my fork for a ravioli, a ROACH crawled out from under the pasta! It was disgusting. The manager and server were polite and apologized. I was comped for my entree but feel the entire check should have comped. It truly changed our enjoyable evening. I was ill that evening and following 2 days. I contacted the Florida Health Department and filed a complaint.

Highly recommended as an absolute must-see, this was my first time coming here then recognizing this as an original Italian restaurant that has been in the community since the beginning of time and handed down throughout the generations a family-run business that has grown to be a top scale fine wine and superb eating establishment! The owner / son in his fifties now took the time to share the family story The many different photos and collages on the wall since the beginning of time including Stars, and his parents with how it all started the history alone was definitely worth it! The excellent food was just a bonus and highly recommended.

I like the fact that they offered chickpea pasta and cauliflower crust pizza (both are an up charge).I noticed that the wine menu included the prices of each wine, but mysteriously, the beer menu does not. I don't like ordering something where the price isn't listed. Both the cauliflower pizza and chickpea pasta were good (for those of you that enjoy that sort of thing). The waitstaff was friendly and they were accommodating to our menu changes. I will be back on my next trip to Sarasota.

Moscato D'asti, and a Gorgonzola crusted 8oz sirloin over garlic mashed hits the spot everytime! Dont forget your side of Meatballs and sausage :D. Do bring back the outdoor seating you had upfront when possible

The entrees were good - I had artichoke “crusted” grouper, which was more like an artichoke mash on top. That said, it was very tasty. Tartuffo pasta was very good. The pizza was not great. A little raw and disappointing. When we asked for an additional dessert, we were told that the kitchen was already wrapping up the food. The restaurant was mostly full at the time. Just a weird response.

Very solid Italian restaurant. Large portions and affordable prices. Decent entrees, salads and pasta

TodaY around 3 o clock I tried to make a reservation and they said that they were not taking any more reservations but that I was welcome to come a wait for them to seat us so we drove all the way from Lakewood ranch: once w got there my parents and daughter went inside of the restaurant and hostess said they were not taking any more people, the manager was called and my daughter tried to talk to him and ask him if he could talk to me I was on the phone trying to park. The manager yelled ant my 11 year old daughter and said no I can’t talk to her very rude and mean. My daughter left the restaurant crying, you don’t treat anyone like that, he should be ashamed.
