We highly recommend the lamb tagine, fettucine poularde, escargot, Caesar salad and crepe suzette.
excellent restaurant for those who are visiting and for the locals - friendly staff and classic French cuisine
Had brunch here Friday morning with several friends. Staff greeted us inside quickly and were very friendly when telling us we’d probably fit better outside. We attempted to rearrange some tables together but staff willingly intervened to help when we just weren’t figuring it out. I ordered a coffee, smoked salmon croissant with a garden salad, they were all delicious. The coffee was one of the better black coffees I’ve ever had, and the sandwich had the perfect amount of meat on it too. I shared an almond croissant with another girl and it was so good that she ended up buying several more to eat the rest of the weekend. Overall, great place for a nice shaded outdoor breakfast with friendly staff.
Overall disappointing dinner. I'm sure that the breakfast and lunch fair are much better, but as a dinner destination in Sarasota I would not recommend. This is our third try with dinner as we always give the venue an opportunity for a bad night, but this third time was not any better. Stick to breakfast and lunch.
Fantastic experience with great food and staff. 80’s New Wave playing was a plus too. Fantastic cafe!
Food is authentic and high quality, priced reasonably.
Dog friendly. Food is delicious. Staff is warm and attentive
Appetizers and soup were decent although escargot lacked any garlic taste, just melted butter and snails. Beef entrees were terrible. Ribeye was inedible. Beef skewer was tough and the sauce choices (2) included plain mayonnaise and some other indistinguishable sauce. Asked for ketchup as an alternative and the bottle appeared to be expired. Overall very disappointing meal.
lovely food. Sweet staff. atmospheric. Instagram friendly! My favorite brunch spot.
Good French food, waitress and owners are very nice. Great location! We will be back.
