My husband, 2 year-old daughter and I all had an amazing experience at the UTC BurgerFi location this evening! This has been our go-to location for years, but tonight stood out in the best ways possible. Everything from the fresh and delicious food, to the clean atmosphere and overall incredible service was seamless and well-received. Specifically, the outstanding service from Brendan and Gene was remarkable. Brendan is a polite young man who went well out of his way to make sure our order was perfect, our needs were met and that we were catered to the entire time. He was the best! Gene, who we believe to be the manager, is running a great team there. Gene was incredibly thoughtful, upbeat and genuine. He kindly offered our 2 year-old a complimentary custard. Talk about a lasting impression! We would give our dining experience well over 5 stars if we could. Thank you again, Brendan and Gene! We will see you soon.
I came in with my daughter's for early dinner. Our cashier was Angela she was so nice very knowledgeable of the menu and what the restaurant offers. The food came right away and our food is so good just the way we order it. We most definitely come back here again.
This was our second trip to BurgerFi and we really like it. In terms of a quick service hamburger chain, it's right up there. We are big fans of Culver's and would put this on the same page as them.Hamburgers are tasty and juicy, buns are nicely toasted. French fries could be a little toastier unless soggy. Onion rings are massive and crunchy. The fancy Coke machine lets you pick something like 100 different beverage choices. I think drinks always taste funny coming out of those machines, but you can always hear excitement as people choose their beverage or mix a custom one. I did not get the chance to try a custard or shake, but the lady at the table next to us had one and it looked awfully good. Maybe next time.There are a lot of places to eat near UTC, but BurgerFi is easy and quick and reasonably priced. A good place to stop for a quick bite in the midst of shopping.
My husband and I stopped here after our beach day. It was our first time here and we had a great experience. Angela was excellent in helping us order our food. I would totally recommend and I can’t wait to eat here again. Thanks Angela!!
Best burgers for the price!! Five Guys cannot compete. shout out to Lilliana in the back of house!! Try their strawberry shake it will not disappoint.
Our “to-go” order was taken promptly & shake delivered quickly by competent & friendly front of the house staff. My son loved his shake & I was optimistic about trying this BurgerFi location, however, my excitement waned 25 mins in. For two burgers the wait time was far too long. I requested “no cheese” & burger had cheese & was overcooked. After requesting my order be “checked on” they got it out shortly thereafter, but, better kitchen leadership & maybe a hotline weekend “order expeditor” may help order timing on heavy volume days. I was told “sorry, they’re slammed” but restaurant was not full… Again, staff was helpful & kind but that didn’t outweigh slow service & incorrect order.
This place kept us waiting for a long time, it finally brought out the driest burger I've had in a long time. It was way over cooked. They added nothing to make it better like vegetables or sauces. The fries were under cooked and all stuck together and not edible. I won't be back!
We arrived about an hour before closing and most of the restaurant was already shut. Chairs on the tables etc. However, we thought there was a good choice of burger - two of our group are vegetarians and there are three veggie burgers on the menu, two of which were tried and found to be delicious. The angus beef burgers were excellent although served in a cold bun. However the staff was very noisy, joking around with each other and paying little attention to customers. Such a shame as the food was good but I'd think twice about going here because of the raucous staff. I saw one male member lift up and drop a female member (all in fun, I'm sure but not the sort of atmosphere I want in a restaurant).
Absolutely love this place. Been here maybe about 4 times and enjoyed every time I’ve came. The employees are always so sweet and attentive, and the food is AMAZING. It wasn’t until today I decided to write a review but they highly deserve it. Would recommend !
Our experience was absolutely amazing! The cooks were so nice and did a great job on our food! ✨ the team members made me feel especially welcomed and helped me order as well. Cliff was so sweet and helpful, she checked up on us and made sure we were having a great time! Such a kind smile! Thank you burgerfi and Cliff for such a great first time experience!
