Service was beyond great! Hit the drive thru with a car load of kids… they got the whole order right. They quickly got it to us, the man working the window was very pleasant. By far the best Burger King experience I have ever had!
First time coming to this BK location. All 5 burgers/sandwiches were fresh as were the onion rings. Could have just been great timing but we did not have to wait very long for our food.
It wasn't bad but I could tell that my wiper had my operation rewarmed the bottom part of the bun and the meat was really hot and the rest was cool and it wasn't freshly made. Disappointed ?
I went to the Clark Road Burger King after a doctor's appt. I had not eaten all day. I arrived in drive thru around 2:15p.m.. I ordered a Hershey milkshake, and a fish sandwich with no lettuce. I get to the window, pay and the guy hands me my sandwich, I sat there waiting, and he said you are all done, I did not get a receipt, I said I ordered a Hershey milkshake, he said I didn't get it, it was the 1st thing I ordered. so Joshua hurried back to get it and I had to give him my card again. Joshua should have been doing drive thru, as he was more attentive. I will come back again, food and shake were good.
Store was clean and all the employees were very friendly and welcoming, didn't catch her name but the lady running the front counter at the time (11:35AM 04/11/2022) was great and super polite telling my dad about new menu items (he hadn't been to a burger king in about 13 years) making sure we had the condiments we wanted. She even went around the store and checked in on all the customers and asked them how their food was after the drive-through stopped being as busy. All around extraordinary service you'd normally only see from a normal restaurant, utterly amazing service compared to other "fast" food restaurants nowadays where I've employees literally ignore me and try to make me wait an hour for a cheese burger.
Best fast food experience in recent memory! Excellent customer service from all staff we interacted with but (wish I'd caught her name) especially wanted to compliment the woman running the register today April 11th approximately 11:35am. She was warm and welcoming and since I hadn't eaten at BK in a long while I had a few questions about the new menu. She patiently answered my questions, made sure we had what we needed for our lunch, and even checked in on us and all the other customers in the dining room when there was a break at the register. My son took me here because he really likes BK but it wasn't my first choice. After having such a nice experience and lunch I would definitely give BK another chance.
Friendly drive through and they don’t keep you waiting; greet you with a smile. Yes, Sarasota has many places to eat but if you are in a pinch by 75 they don’t disappoint.
Every employee at this Burger King location is friendly and committed to fast and accurate customer service. I literally go well out of my way to patronize this establishment simply because I know with confidence that the process will be efficient and my order will be accurate. If it’s really your lucky day, you’ll be served by Sean, who is very quick, quite personable and attentive to every detail of your order. It’s rare to find such a capable crew at a fast-food restaurant, so I’d encourage anyone in Sarasota to stop in whenever you feel the need to “have it your way!”
Good was good, Poor customer service. The young man who waited on us at the window neither greeted us nor looked at us and literally handed us a bag of food while facing away from us and talking to a coworker.I understand how hard it is to get and keep good staff, but come on, dude.
Ran into bk for a quick meal for my family and they ended up forgetting half my order. I didn't realize it until I got all the way home. I came back and without any hesitation they took care of it and apologized. Exactly how service should be! Keep up the great work Clark Rd!
