Had lunch with my daughter's yesterday. I had soup and salad. Worst chili soup ever, salad had small cubes of beef? That was like leather!. My daughter's disliked their meals too. Not a fan!!!! Need to rethink there menu. ?
This place was delicious! Bacon burnt ends were so good! Large portions of tasty BBQ with great tasting sauces too! The pimento mac and cheese was superb. Highly recommend a stop here,especially if you are hungry!
I went on a date with my wife I picked a different resturant but walking by this place made me change my mind. Delicious smoked meat very tasty side dishes. I ordered 3 smoked meats chicken, pork and ribs also came with 2 side dishes I picked corn and fries. Everything was perfect good service reasonable time waiting g for table about 5 minutes. The service was excellent. Very good location in Downtown sarasota. Cool shirts for sale

My party was greeted immediately and seated to enjoy their signature smoked brisket. Very good.
Enjoyed 3 meats platter. Brisket was very tasty. Jalapeño sausage was yummy and the best part was the ribs with a jalapeño jelly sauce on them. Great service.
Caesar was so helpful and the ribs were so tender they fell off the bone! Also the salted pretzel bread pudding was 10/10!

I kept hearing that this is the best BBQ in the city. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich (w/o bread) & had the fries as a side. Meat was very moist & service was great! I do recommend reservations on the weekends. Several families were surprised at the wait time. There is great outdoor seating, too!
Way too smoke flavor for me in the brisket ,it felt like eating apple chipwoods. More balancing requested for my taste,but again ,maybe it's only my taste.....deceptive menu description, same price for taco and sandwich, which are very different size. A very bland yellow squash side, mac cheese maybe just okay. Wont be back.
