We waiting more than 45 minutes after placing our order. The southwest avocado omelette was horrible, dry and undercooked at the same time. Chicken soup bowl barely had two strips of chicken and lukewarm, not hot. Third order was eggs and toast, toast was served when we ready to pay. Never coming back.
Food was great. Only negative thing is we waited approximately 45 minutes for food.
Bob Evans never fails to deliver a good tasting, quality product. I love their biscuits and gravy, and all the other breakfast items. Good food! Great service!
It was me. I was not impressed with the menu. It was seriously a breakfast menu. I was just NPO, I wanted to eat dinner. Almost no dinner selection. Disappointed. Breakfast menu was just… okay.
Food is always good and service is too. We never have to really wait long, after we order to eat. Delicious ? pancakes here!!
Good food, horrendous service. It’s a shame because there was a good waiter there at the table next to us. We got a dud waitress who ignored most of our order and didn’t serve us drinks the whole dinner.

2nd togo order of family meal WRONG!! This time we got country fried steak when we ordered chicken tender family meal...no gravey for mash potatoes, no salad dressing at all for family salad...Never again, tried to be patient because maybe there short staffed. Call store to speak w/ manager 28min later on hold no one picked up. This store needs some training. Beware
Ordered the same thing as I did a week ago but it was somehow better last time. Oh well. Very nice service and hot meal. Lunch was good!
