So glad I found this place and so glad for their success! Love to see small Latin business owners succeed! ; Especially a place as friendly and courteous as this. Their Popusas and side of cabbage is the best I have tasted, I am from NJ and have tried a lot of them. They are often full, which was a good sign, but run everything efficiently and smoothly. If you are looking for delicious, fresh, made order food, don't hesitate to try this place!
One of my favorite spots in Sarasota! I typically get the steak tacos, cheese pupusas, and of course extra green sauce. You cannot beat the quality and price AND they open early which is awesome for those morning cravings. If on a time limit, I would recommend ordering a little before heading over to be sure it is ready as they can get very busy during lunch hour. :)
The best tacos! I found this on trip advisor and wanted to try something new and now I’m in Love with her authentic tacos. Can’t wait to try other stuff on menu. This place is packed with locals. Must try.
We are from Texas!And it was our first time coming to this restaurant. You order your food to the cashier.I had the carne asada tacos and they were great!Horchata drink tastes great as well!My kids and husband had pupusas. They make the pupusas fresh which is a bonus and very flavorful!I would definitely come and visit here again!
I don’t usually go out of my way to give companies 5 stars, but Bitia’s deserves it!! Delicious pupusas and sopes, even the frijoles and salad were awesome. Everything was a great value, too. We got lots of food for a great price. My family will DEFINITELY return next time we are in Sarasota!
You typically can't mess up tacos but hey they managed to do it. Horrible taste, pulled pork had nothing but fat on it no meat, didn't give me rice and beans like I ordered & my dog wouldn't even eat the left overs. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
WOW! Amazing sopes, everything is fresh with excellent ingredients. The carnitias are spiced just right and the chili Verde sauce is delicious. Even the Styrofoam containers are recyclable. Value is very favorable as well as being the best latin food in Sarasota by far.
I wish I could've taken pictures but it was pretty full. The dining area is very small, so don't expect to eat inside. I would say most people just order out. The service is alright, although the young lady who served us should pay more attention and not have her back to customers while texting. The young boy who gave us our drinks should be more careful when filling the drinks; the cups arrived dripping. We ordered the pupusas ( pardon the misspelling) very good and filling.
My wife and myself had lunch here and the food was outstanding and fresh. Friday lunch time wasn't too busy to enjoy lunch either. Friendly staff and very very good food. Will be going back again. Reasonable pricing as well.
