The service is slow at this location because their staff are too busy dancing and singing.Ordered the new fish sticks and was asked to park waited a good 20 minutes(after waiting 10 minutes at window) and no one came out. Went inside and asked about it and got lip and attitude from the girl working in the back. Not only that but they have one of the exits locked so you can't get out, so I had to walk all the way around the building in the rain.
The young lady at the drive thru window was just so friendly and delightful today. We ordered the chicken strip meal and a turkey and swiss with a orange cream shake. Everything was hot and tasty, but the young lady made our visit so enjoyable.
It's not the same without potato cakes.And they slice the roast beef too thick.It tastes better sliced paper thin, like it's supposed to be.
The reviews are fake news. This is not even a one star Arby's. 3 out of 4 sandwiches ordered were overcooked and dry and were not hot! No answer once home when I called this Arby's back and they never answer. Corporate is worse. No management on any level.
Order a French dip and half pound beef and cheddar the didn't give us the sauce for the French dip and the beef and cheddar had no cheese sauce or red sauce and after calling over 20 minutes no one picked up the phone
This is the worst drive through i've ever been to !!! I've tried going many times over the years, and every time they make you wait 5 minutes before they take your order and 10 minutes to get your food.It's like they refuse to take a new order untill the previous is driving off. It has been this way for years. This is the last time I'll ever try to eat at Arby's. They have lost a customer for life.
New steakhouse burgers are ??, never disappointed.
It's Arbys. Food is good. Service is decent, although they need to teach the kids working the counter to speak up and not mumble LOL It's clean. Can be a tad slow. Favorite lunch spot of the 70 and up crowd apparently...
Had the brand new burger. I must say I'm impressed Definitely the thickest single pattie out of any chain. Actually had some pink in it which was fantastic. Burger itself was really pretty good. Cheese burgers are one of my favorite things to eat. Whenever I go somewhere new I try the burger. Can't wait to have another one.
Start out with staff and food very good,my issue the way they get food to customers by name,so I needed to make a 2nd order for coworkers as my 1st order came up I was right there mean while a guy comes up opens my bag sticking his hands in the bag ,apparently people don't know there own names,so im waiting for my 2nd order they call my name sure as can be an old man grabs my bag starts pulling my food out of the bag telling staff his order is all wrong.2 times in 10 minutes ,This name thing doesn't work here ! I dont beleave I will go back with the covid thing I had 2 people which I have no clue the last time they washed there hands go through my food.
