Really bad service! First of all the girl who was serving the ice cream was rude. We were ordering several ice creams and she was making a really bad face. It says that they close at 10:00 but they closed at 9:25. The prices are not clear. 5 ice creams for $40. And ice cream was not the best. They charge the scoop plus the cone. They don’t let you know that they charge you extra when you use credit card. Overall a really bad experience would not recommend!

Just tried to get ice cream at 8:15pm, as the online close time is listed as 9:00pm, and encountered the most rude, unhelpful salesgirl. All lights were off, door locked, but she was at the counter, and when we knocked on the door, she barely made eye contact & shook her head. It’s a real shame because we’ve loved this place for years. Will not be back.

Great late night ice cream run. It was very crowded around 8pm. Nothing spectacular about the ice cream but was good!
One of the servers was very rude. She did not wear a name tag. She was a middle aged woman, she had bleach blonde hair tied up in a high bun. She also wore a pair of red headphones. She was visibly annoyed and made rude comments such as “I’m serving 20 people at once!!” and “I’m so irritated!!”. Her younger coworker however, was very patient, and seemed to be trying to calm her down. Since it was very busy when we went, we gave her a tip. She rolled her eyes at us and said “thank you” in the most sarcastic way possible. All in all, this was a very dysfunctional experience. The ice cream was good though.
