Such a unique and intimate experience. Food is absolutely superb!! We did the snack hour. Definitely want to do the 6 course next time!

My husband and I went to Roux 30A last night. We sat at the bar and were able to watch the chef and his talented team all night. The food was amazing. It’s impossible for me to pick my favorite course as each was just as spectacular as the next. We will definitely be making this spot a must anytime we visit the area. Truly cannot recommend Roux 30A enough. One of our favorite meals and dining experiences. Thank you to the staff for such a memorable night.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. We moved to the south 8 years ago; this was by far the best meal we've had yet. We visited for the 5-course tasting menu & it exceeded our expectations. Chef John was beyond fantastic. Not quite sure why he isn't featured on the website but he deserves so much cred! He & his crew run that kitchen seamlessly. Definitely sit at the bar to watch the perfect harmony. Korey our server was so great! Super down-to-earth & funny. We will celebrate every anniversary we spend in Santa Rosa Beach at Roux 30A for as long as Chef John is in that kitchen. Thank you for an unforgettable night <3

Dear friends treated my husband and me to dinner here last night. Every dish was out of this world. Amazing! The chef is a genius. We will be talking about our meal for a very long time.

Amazing 3-course and wine pairings at snack hour! Lovely service! So glad we tried this out before we have a larger group of friends who are coming in town and want to come here. We had a perfect experience and are so excited to bring our friends! We will be back! 11/10

Me and my partner had a fabulous experience! The food was wonderful— we haven’t stopped talking about the squash in one of the dishes. The concept was fun too! They sit you next to another group and you spend the evening chatting and getting to know each other. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a unique experience, good food, and good conversation this is the place.

This was our sixth visit to Roux30a and it has been fabulous each time. They always have new and exciting offerings. The six-course dinner series is wonderful, but on this trip we tried the 5:00 snack hour and it didn’t disappoint. We do wish they would bring back their standard menu which they had on our first visit a few years back. This is one of our favorite restaurants on 30a and unlike any other dining experience in the area!

Several courses were on par with michelin star dinners I've had! Very friendly service and intimate setting. Choux pastry crawfish pasta course was our favorite. Absolutely will be back next time we are in Seaside!

The much ballyhooed small dining, minimal menu was not what we expected. After a couple of miscommunications regarding our reservation we obliged based on their changes. First, don’t go thinking you’re going to a chic bistro. It’s a small space in a nondescript storefront. No small tables, you’re seated family style at long tables or at the counter…if you must go, ask to be seated at the counter. The music was incongruent with whatever ambiance they are striving for. The brunch was meh! at best. $65 pp with no mimosa or bloody. 3 courses total. As a former restauranteur I estimated the food cost to be no more than $5 pp. I had a tasteless salad, my homemade oil balsamic (just EVOO and balsamic) is infinitely better. It was a small salad of spring mix greens with 2 mushrooms and 2 cherry tomatoes with two strips of cucumber. A tasteless waffle nothing extraordinarily extravagant, which is what you might expect such as fresh berries, with fresh cream. Shrimp and grits with no seasoning, albeit 3 decent sized shrimp. The only flavorful dish was the duck confit with sweet potato hash. The final course was a default, i.e. no option of an Italian olive oil cake. Light enough but, again nothing extraordinary. Since this establishment has been open for awhile I cannot give them a pass and unfortunately my rating is low and won’t be giving it a second chance. They seem to be popular and with limited seating, I’m sure they won’t miss this patron.

The experience is cool. It feels like a private dining experience for 30 ppl. Wine and water are the drink options. Wine pairings were good but not exceptional for an add’l $125/pp. Would’ve loved a salad as a course to offer balance to 5 other “heavy and hearty” courses. The chef clearly loves what he does. He’s energetic and gets everyone excited about his preparations.
