Pizza was very tasty, and service was excellent, but this restaurant offers no chicken wings. Had to go to Publix next door to get them!
Fast and friendly service. I first visited a few weeks ago, ordered the lunch special. 2 slices, 1 cheese 1 pepperoni. They use a VERY thin 'layer' of sauce. I decided to try the spaghetti on my second attempt (not many places to choose from close to my job) almost no sauce as well. Flavors good but if you like sauce on your pizza it would probably be best to ask for extra sauce as I should have.
Excellent pizza, excellent selection for some picky eaters. I'm looking forward to trying the rest of the menu while we're in the area.
If I could zero stars I would. We ordered two large pizzas simple orders and waited inside for an hour. I finally went up to the desk and asked how much longer it would be and our pizzas were sitting back there the whole time ready. I would understand if it was super busy but there was only one other family there. The pizza was not worth the 64 dollars we spent and it was poorly made. I was really looking forward to good hand made pizza but I was disappointed with this whole experience.
This has been one of our favorite stops since our first visit to Seaside/Watercolor several years back. That time, our boys even made up a jingle for them. ;-) If you're gluten- and/or dairy-free, they even got you covered! (And the 2022 version is their best yet. The Violife "cheese" is almost as good as the real stuff. You won't be sorry!
We've ordered from Pizza by the Sea multiple times (both in Seagrove & Seacrest). I flat out L-O-V-E their "Bleating Hearts" pizza! And, the "Kickin' Chicken" is very good as well. We usually opt for their 10" cauliflower crust, which is excellent. Pro Tip: Order BEFORE peak hours. If you wait until 6:30 PM to order a pizza during summer, spring break, or the Christmas/NYE holiday, you're gong to have a 1.5 - 2 hour wait! If you order anytime from 4:00 - 5:30 PM, the wait is usually just 20-30 minutes for the pizza to be ready.
