Skip all other dessert options and come here! I have never had such delicious pralines in my life. They are so soft and flavorful! A little pricey but so worth it, it’s almost 4$ for just one, I bought a nice gift box of 6 for around $20 bucks. If pralines aren’t your thing they have lots of other chocolate covered items, gummies and ice cream flavors. I got the “Elvis”, peanut butter, marshmallows, bananas, it was delicious. If the line is out the door don’t worry, it goes fast. Plus they offer free samples of their products.
First of all they had way too many flavors. I wanted to try about 6 of them out. The Ice Cream was fresh because I have made some in the past and this is what it tasted like. We also had to try every single candy in the display case. After running through half of our daily food budget buying everything in the store, we were satisfied and had snacks for the trip back home.
We really loved their ice cream!! You can't see the ice cream, because it is in freezers in the back, but you can taste whichever you want. They were very kind & helpful. They also were VERY busy on Friday evening. There was a short line when we got there near sunset, but by the time it was dark, the line was out the door & down the block. It did seem to be moving fairly quickly, though. Glad we got there when we did.?They have plenty of outdoor seating, and also sell lots of candies.We got Death by Chocolate, Oreo, Cookie Monster, Mocha Madness & Chocolate Mint. They were excellent!! My daughter got a big kick from the candy eyes on her scoop of cookie monster ice cream! ?
Wow, we can see why they get such great reviews! First of all we walked in at 8:55pm, not realizing they closed at 9. We were prepared to walk back out, because typically employees make it clear they don’t welcome last minute customers. However we were warmly greeted and even offered samples. The grand mariner and the peppermint bark flavors were amazing!!!! And to top it off everyone we dealt with was super friendly, they all wore gloves, and we saw them sanitizing all the surfaces (including the lids on jars of help-yourself candy!) as they closed for the night. All around 5 star place and I wish we lived closer because we’d come all the time!
Amazing ice cream!! All made in house, which is great. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. There is also candy and chocolates to purchase as well. A little pricy, but the ice cream is worth it. It was hard deciding what flavor to get! You can also buy pints of the ice cream. Outdoor seating.
Pecan jacks ice cream is truly one of the things I always look forward to when visiting Florida every year. I normally visit almost every year for about a week from Colorado, and I must say, every single day of that week has something to do with this ice cream shop. It’s truly such a great experience to go. the service is always great every time I go there, the ice cream is purely amazing, and the selection of treats and candy is phenomenal. I will always keep this place in my heart, just due to the fact that it’s so unique in its own way.
Lots to chose from here whether you want creamy ice cream , sour candies, or chocolate dipped cookies. Some specialty sauces,syrups and caramels also are available. I hate I lost my .99 cream filled caramel as I was so looking forward to it. The flavors of ice cream my party of three ordered were not too firm, or creamy in richness of flavor, but nice and cold and subtlety flavored. The coffee & peppermint especially not as strong as any of us would have preferred. The new coffee flavored cone was the same - not strong enough to really be noticed as distinct. $7 single scoop , $11( I believe) by the pint and a chocolate dipped nutter butter cookie will set you back $4 Compared to the $11 slice of pie on the corner a steal for the sugar rush you are looking to indulge in. Worth a try and I am definitely going back for the caramel selections.
OH MY WORD!! This place is AMAZING. From the minute you walk in and smell the sweet yummy treats. So many delicious treats. Wish I found this place earlier in our trip but it will be top on our list to visit next time we are back in FL. The guy helping us was so kind and did not make us feel rushed at all. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!! 10/10 recommend.
Went 2 times this week. Peppermint bark ice cream is delicious as is the cashew brittle! Very friendly staff.
Pecan Jacks Ice Cream & Candy Kitchen reeled me in with their name and their Google reviews.Upon opening the door we immediately inhaled the sweet smells of Pecan Jacks kitchen goodness. We knew our tastebuds were in for a treat.We had the best customer service. We enjoyed samples of their top selling flavors of ice cream and brittles. I was reassured their brittles were different than others. They aren’t the kind that break your teeth! I am happy to report all my teeth are intact. Most importantly, it’s the best brittle I’ve ever had. We will order more online.It’ll be our go to shop when we’re in the area!
