Great food, nice drinks, laid back atmosphere. Super friendly staff. The seafood selection was good and included seasonal special (cobia in our case). Option for inside or outside dining. Complimentary valet parking on site. Fun music (Dueling pianos) later in the evening. If you have extra room go for the gelato shop on the way out.
Amazing. I had the Braised Wagyu Short Rib and it fell right off the bone, the others at my table had the lemon butter shrimp as well as the shrimp & grits and they cleaned off their plate. Restaurant setting is beautiful and very busy, the valet service is extremely handy since the place can seat up to 700+ people. The place could use more bathrooms for that amount of capacity? But they do make it work. Our servers were amazing and charismatic, definitely the reason why the place earned 5 Stars just because everyone was so attentive and would have a conversation with you (since we are out of town) love the place and would come back again!
This restaurant was fantastic for a family of 8. We made a reservation and as soon as we got there, we were taken care of. The parking situation was a little crowded but don’t let that discourage you because the environment and food make up for it. All of our meals were A plus. We had the pleasure of getting the head waiter and his suggestions were definitely all correct!! The outside area is fantastic and many people volunteered to take pictures for us since it was such a great backdrop. A must visit if you are in the area!!
We had lunch at Old Florida Fish House and it was wonderful. Plenty of shade to enjoy a meal outdoors and great service, thanks to Sarah and Kyla. The oysters were amazing! The fish tacos and fish sandwich were also tasty. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to 30A!
It gets two stars because of the environment. Outdoor seating is great. Giving it two stars because of the food quality and the management. Party of 7 outside, that was ok. Problem started when the drinks came. The person bringing drinks let a glass of wine drop on the metal table and it shattered on 5 of the 7 of us with glass everywhere. It was right in between a 2 and 3 year old and they were covered in red wine. They had a meltdown as well because they were scared by it. That it happened was ok, mistakes happen. From there it didn't get better. I know they had multiple managers there and not one came over to our table. The girl waiting on us was great but brought the bill and said the manager agreed to take the wine and a dessert off the bill, really? We had three white outfits covered in red wine.... In addition, the food was high priced and mediocre at best. I get it. They are serving so many people the kitchen is an assembly line. We found a manager as we were leaving and he claimed to know nothing about it but would look into it. We subsequently got a $30 credit on a $400 bill. These people do not care about customers or repeat business, only the $$. We will not be going back.
I called the day before and made reservations for 530. When we arrived they had free valet service that was very nice. We were seated outside which was very nice and very crowded. The seating and wait staff were excellent. We ordered a bottle of wine and a crab and spinach dip. They both were excellent. For an entrée we ordered the grouper with mashed potatoes And green beans with red and green peppers. The dinner was excellent and topped it off with blueberry cheesecake. We were glad we came early because as we were leaving the valet parking line was out to 30 a. So if you’re going on a busy day I would suggest that you go early.
Excellent seafood. Atmosphere is great as well. It’s a must to eat.Sarah was the best server!
Had dinner and was able to sit outside. The atmosphere was incredible and Mercedes was an excellent server! The food was incredible! This is by far one of the nicest place to eat in the area. Don’t miss it!
I’ve never felt more rushed and felt like a “$” at any other restaurant in my life. We were seated, fed and rushed out in 35 minutes. It was mind blowing.1. Atmosphere is fantastic. A beautiful setting outdoors. The walk in had our hopes high!2. The server was atrocious. We saw her 3 times. Once to take our order, once waiting on a neighbor and lastly to get her money.3. Food is just plain awful sans the sushi. The “fresh” fish was not just tasteless but it’s presentation was embarrassing. The accompanying veggies were canned or frozen. Think “green giant” level. The rice tasted like the water left in a pot after cooking rice. Gag. The sushi was good. Not great but good. I would consider having sushi there again.4. I knew going in there would be extra “fees” after reading reviews. I’m not complaining about that. However if you’re going to charge for entertainment then you should provide it. The time we were there the only entertainment was laughing at the 100 employees running around and into each other.5. Your staff is a representation of your business. I don’t ever expect to be served food by an employee wearing a hoodie. A great server will have you feeling like family by the time you leave. We had 3 different ones in 35 minutes so I didn’t even get to know a name. I would prefer to get berated by a Dick’s Last Resort server than to have the lackluster service we received here. With the multitude of great restaurants along 30a please do not make the mistake I of dining here. We dined at 10 restaurants on our most recent visit to the area and this is the only one I would not recommend or return to.
Great restaurant! Food was excellent and service was top notch. Scenery can’t be beat especially at sunset. Best of all they’ve got everything you need after dinner with shopping, ice cream, coffee, and a craft brewery with in seconds without leaving the parking lot.
