Just got told after waiting two hours for my pizza that they are not going to deliver it. Will never order from here again.
I have been ordering from this location for years and always had good service and no issues with the food. Last week I ordered two cheesy breads, went home and fed my kids one and was going to eat the other one later. When I started eating the second one, the first bite smelled like gasoline! I checked all the slices and they all did! I waited to call until exactly closing time because it was Valentine’s day and I figured they might be busy. When asking for a manager, after complaining about the gasoline smell, I was told she is not available and to leave a message and a phone number and will get a call back. It’s been a week and I never got a call back. What’s worse is that my children ate the whole box! Never coming back!
Rude, out of parmesan and pepper packets, and the pizza tasted so bad we threw it out. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. We will not be back.
Never have any delivery drivers that want to show up for work. The Santa Rosa Beach location can not make deliveries, not even in the immediate area. Then the excuse is “we don’t have control over our drivers”. Maybe the General Manager can get control over this location in Santa Rosa Beach.
They do not operate in real life as to what they have advertised. Bad business period. Don’t do false advertisement. If you post and advertise hours opened, honor them.

This is the second time where we have not had our pizza delivered. We live in a newer neighborhood and the first time this happened it was understandable. However before the pizza was delivered they had called to double check on the address and informed me they had figured it out and would be delivering our pizza soon with no issues. So I did not think there would be any issue, we waited about THREE HOURS to get our pizza and when I checked my phone, the delivery guy they said that I would need to contact the store. I spoke to the manager and at first he said they would refund us our money but I told him that I wanted our pizza. They made our pizza and we took it home.Last night we ordered pizza again and this was at 8:15 and it said it would take 90 minutes. About 9:45 my fiancé attempted to call and see where the pizza was because it said it had been delivered but we did not have it. He was put on hold for 5 minutes so he called again and then was put on hold for another 5 minutes. He called once more at 9:55 and again was put on hold. Their store says they close at 10:00PM but the great employees that work there decided not to take the phone call. He drove up to the store and was told that none of them could clock back in to make the pizza and he would have to call at 8:00 AM when the manager was there. I’m not sure how these employees are found or what the hiring process is but obviously someone needs to figure out a better way to locate the homes and there is a lack of communication. And obviously the order was delivered to the wrong house because we are the only house with our house number down our street. Each home has their house number posted on the front of their house so I’m not sure what the disconnect was. This is the last time we will be ordering from them.
States they do delivery on listing but they do not. Also cannot order carry out online but have to call the listed number. After 5 to 10 minutes on automatic hold it just states leave a message after the tone. Don’t waste your time.
