The atmosphere and pizza were amazing! What was obnoxious on the other hand was waiting over and hour for a child’s order of noodles. We asked 3 times for an update and eventually the bartender said the chicken would be right out. I almost lost it. None the less the food was good ? I’d like to also add it wasn’t extremely busy just terrible service.
Went there today for lunch. We spent $250 for 4 adults to eat and the kids didn’t like the food so I went down stairs to bus and ally’s pizza and brought it back up for the kids to eat while we ate. The front desk came to tell me that was not allowed (I asked our server and he said we could go get it). They actually wouldn’t even let me keep the pizza at the table and NOT have the kids eat it. They made me hand it over to the front hostess stand. We then ordered chicken strips for the kids and they don’t have ranch available at the restaurant. So you aren’t kid friendly and won’t allow me to go to your sister restaurant to feed the kids. My shrimp and grits were disgusting. Wait staff was rude as well as hostess staff. They don’t accommodate children but accommodate dogs everywhere that bark non stop while I’m trying to enjoy lunch. I will never return here again! Too bad because we just bought a home on 30 A
This spot is great and the staff working last week were phenomenal. Artur and Ashlyn were our servers and they were great! Can’t wait to revisit.
Great wood pizza. Honestly speaking the best dinner at seaside so far.
Pizza was good. But … keep an eye on the bill. They add a 15% gratuity without informing you. Two pizzas and a salad will cost $60.
I really don't think I'll go there again. Severely expensive...I got a tall beer (16oz.) Almost $16!!!Friendly folks but I guess you need to be when you're robbing folks like that ?
Great pizzas! We took Steve’s recommendation and got the clam pizza (one of the white pies) and it was great. Also liked the San Marzano with arugula and shaved pecorino… delicious! The “dragon” white wine from Italy was excellent, as was the red Sangiovese. All in all, a lovely night dining outside. Try to grab a seat at the bar and let Steve or others take care of you. Good martinis, a full bar… hard to imagine a better night.
Excellent pizza!! My husband got an amazing salad. It was a little chilly that day. Eating was outdoors. We sat at the bar near a heater. Service was great!! We made the trip from Panama City Beach (well worth the trip)!!
Great pizza on the beach. No complaints
We ate at Bud and Ally’s taco bar. Now I get this is not fine dining but tacos were terrible. We had the carnitas tacos, 5 between the 2 of us. They all came out cold and the tacos had been sitting there so long that you could not pick them up as they completely fell apart from being soggy. The taste of them would probably have been ok otherwise. Our order came out with someone else’s which might have contributed to them being cold as the server walked around aimlessly looking for our number on out table. Which by the way you also pay 15% gratuity for them to bring you the cold food. Mind you, you have to go to the register to order your food and get your own drink and clean your own table. So essentially the gratuity is nothing more than a delivery fee. I would not recommend this restaurant for anything as there are too many other choices that will be much better.
