Went to store. Ordered meal. After about 20 minutes I inquired about order. Was told order had already gone out. Asked for owner phone number. Was told that I could not have the number. Manager said they would remake the meal. Now I am being asked to wait another 20 minutes for the meal. Asked if he would comp the meal. He refused. He said he would refund my order and we could go elsewhere. This Zaxby’s has been our foto for over three years. It will no longer see us in the store. I usually don’t ask for someone’s job. I have been there. But this manager needs to go. I also witnessed four guests leave the store. There was no counter service. Just an observation. Want to get in touch with me. John Ford 850-625-0121
Fries too salty and tenders overdone. Cole slaw and toast were best thing. Ice machine broken so had to go to counter. All condiments and sweetners behind counter which was annoying and inconvenient. Likely won't go back since other better options
I went there today around 11:30 with my grandson. We were ordering to eat in the dinning room. The cashier said it was closed for cleaning. I replied really are you deep cleaning? Then a woman walked out into the dinning room with a broom. I can't imagine it being dirty we were the only customers in there. Are they so lazy they close the dinning room. I've worked in restaurants for 15 years we never closed the dining room for cleaning right before lunch!
I was at Zaxby’s not even 20 minutes ago and had a horrible experience.1. They were out of fries (??) and salads. Speaking formyself, maybe others, the fries are most of the reason you go there. You can get chicken tenders anywhere.2. That being said, we were hungry and already there, so we tried to work with what they had. We ordered TWO 5 fingerz MEALS, and asked if the fries could be substituted. We were told that they could be substituted for extra coleslaw, another piece of toast, or an extra finger. We asked if they had the white cheddar bites and…they were out as well. We opted for the extra tender.3. We get to the window and pay, only to find out that we were rung up by the cashier, Annalyci, for 5 tenders TOTAL, AND the extra tender was added at an additional fee that was not discussed. No meal, no drinks, NOTHING.TO BE CLEAR: I am not upset with the store for being out of items, I know there is a supply shortage, and that’s not the store or the individual’s fault. HOWEVER, I am upset about the horrible customer service. The only reasons why the store received one star is because at least one is required and the tenders were hot.
Didn't get my French fries in one if my meals and had driven home so i called them and they just put my name down to get a free fry when i come back. Also the fries i got in my other meal were cold and soggy not hot and crispy so not very happy with them and it's not cheap there.
My entire appetite is ruined I ordered a Kickin Chicken Sandwich Meal and there was several strands of hair in my food. The chicken sandwich had 2 separate strands which I plucked from my mouth and the fries had a visible strand. I threw out the entire tray I have health concerns about this location and would not be returning thats disgusting ?.
Not only this the entire staff have a poor attitude when ive returned for the 5th time now to get a correct order out of them. Regularly spending upwards to 50 bucks here a trip only to be completely disappointed before I make it back to work each time I give them a chance. They heard I mentioned I used to work at a zaxbies while saying it must not have been for too long, I suppose your staff is so brilliant and smart that it prevents them from completely a basic task. I am rather positive that if anyone goes anywhere and spends money on something they expect it to be at least close to a correct order. Thanks but no thanks on this location
Horrible customer service tonight!!! No sweet tea, no sprite they don’t tell you at drive through they just give you grape. What if we were allergic????? Barley any chicken on a ten dollar salad oh and they forgot the bacon. Just got home to eat the salad and the chicken is old and hard!!!!! Your staff represents your business, maybe make better choices on the staff you keep. Sometime it’s better to let them go. No worries my family will not return!!!!
Seriously the WORST food service ever. I ordered a cajun chicken club with no bun. What I got was a chicken breast with some salad (not even lettuce, it was a straight up salad mix) thrown on the top. I went back up and told the lady that it was supposed to be a cajun club. She sprinkled some seasoning on it and handed me a ranch and mayo packet. No bacon or cheese. Never again!
Horrible customer service, girl at the front Kayla was super rude and obviously had no care of being at work or dealing with customers. Ordered 5 Zaxbys fingers and got 4. Cooks were in the back arguing with girl on expo. Waited over 15 mins for a simple carry out order. Will not ever be going back to this location. A smile goes a long way.
