Good evening my name is RJ, Today I experience the worst customer service from your location. I live off Hialeah st in Orlando and decided to place my order to pick up so that it will be ready. I started calling @11:02 and reached this location @11:25. I walked in and still on hold and while on hold it appears that someone is going to answer but nope on hold. So, There we’re two young men as you see in the attached picture. One is a black African American and the other appear to be mixed or Spanish(curly short hair).One was cleaning the wall and the other was talking to him. The black young men greeted and said how may I help you. I stated to him I need to place an order. Which I’m still on hold but they didn’t know. And stated to me that I will have to go online to place the order. I patiently said can I speak to a manager. So the young men with the curly hair came and stated that we don’t have a cashier with cash and that’s the reason you will have to go online. I then said you will have to take my order cause I drove this way to place an order over the phone. And nobody didn’t pick up the phone to acknowledge customer on the phone to tell he or she anything. I said I’m going to pay with my card. So the manager logged on to the register and took my order. This is not a way to run business especially at Wingstop. This wasn’t fair as a customer waiting on the phone and then had to wait another 15 to 20mint to get food. Which my intentions were to place my order and pick up and get to my destination. Then on top of that my fries taste like they been in dirt. I have never eaten at wing stop and been disappointed. There was another customer there and stated that this location never answer the phone ?. I have also sent and email to corporate and manager and no response.

I just want to share this because I love Wingstop but for the most part the experience is very default. A few days ago, I witnessed both sides of the hospitality experience. A young male (I do not know his name but I believe he may have been of Asian background and definitely a teenager) assisted me at the register and I had questions about this new chicken sandwich being offered. Instead of getting impatient with me , he took the time to tell me about each flavor that was offered AND actually gave me a personal recommendation of the lemon pepper flavor because it was his favorite and man he was right. Sometimes my experience, aside from the food, is bland but i do appreciate you guys for getting it right with this young man. The sandwich was amazing and I just want to salute him because I know in the food service industry customers can give the staff a hard time. I was having a rough day and the little patience and empathy he showed me really went a long way. Good kid. I’ll be back to that location to thank him and try another flavor sandwich.

Zero stars I ordered a 30 pack got home it was 10 nasty cold wings nothing else tried to call stayed on hold for 14 minutes finally drove back to get order fixed.3 words buffalo wild wings. This used to be my favorite wing place spent hundreds during football season.no more

I placed an order online a week ago for 10 boneless wings. Picked up the food and left. Half the wings were the size of nickels, over fried and pure breading, no chicken. They were so hard the crunch hurt my gums! I called to speak to the manager, a girl answered “hello”, so I asked if I was calling Wingstop, the girl says “yeah”.. asked to speak to the manager and the girl says she’s busy and can’t come to the phone but she’ll call me back. It’s been a week and I have yet to receive a call.They’re extremely unprofessional and lack customer service skills. I wasted my money on horrible food. Suddenly I remembered why I hadn’t come back to this location!

Arrived at 540 pm, talked to one employee. Mobil order with pick up time of 545 pm did not get until 630pm was told did not print in back by a second employee. If was isolated issue I would have just not bothered but every time we go in one of the guys from the shop gets his order messed up.On plus side food was good

I am absolutely obsess with their chicken tenders in Mango Habanero sauce with blue cheese. This is the same thing I order every time lol. They’re pretty quick. My order is always ready and waiting for me. Staff is always friendly and super kind. The place could be cleaned up a little.. but over all I have ABSOLUTELY no complaints *Hence why I always come back* I also make sure to order online as it does make it faster. Hope this helps! Don’t be discouraged by the other reviews, I highly recommend trying it for yourself without any bias opinions or influence by others??

Stopped in after work around 10 p.m. on March 18th, my food was great! The whole crew working was amazing and the service was fast and friendly. I would most definitely dine in here again!

First, let me say it takes a lot for me to give five stars. With my experience prior to meeting District Manager Liz was HORRIBLE. I order often 3 or more times a month. I kept getting missing items, at one time a complete different meal. I normally don't complain but I had to which I'm glad I did. That when I met Liz who was personable, apologetic and made it her personal duty to get my order corrected and properly refunded for previous order. I just received my order through DoorDash and this was best experience by far. They hay have been management and it shows. They are committed to improving and correcting their wrongs. Ms. Liz thank you sooooooooooouch!y lunch was delicious!

Entered the restaurant and was immediately asked what the name for the order was without a proper hello or greeting. We put our order in at 6:27pm and did not get our order until 7:15pm. One of the employee was more concerned on fixing a tv and another employee had to call his attention to help out with orders. When we got our order the lemon and pepper wings barley had sauce and we were missing a dipping sauce. No napkins available. Will not be returning.

This place is HORRIBLE ! I want to know what is the point of repeating the order if my food is still going to be wrong? I’ve spoke to the manager numerous of times and I’m tired of “OH I’M SORRY ! The company need to train their people the correct way instead of just passing out position like hot cakes. By the way I didn’t want to give the one star , wish I could have gave zero stars…..
