Dang Wendy's - shots fired ? but no lies told her. I LOVE your breakfast!You're my favorite, but the strawberry frosty lacks that strawberry flavor and on this particular visit the fries were oily and not super tasty. I know it was just a slip, so I still love ya!

Went through drivethru today. Service was excellent, burger was hot and juice and fries were hot and delicious! They even had each meal in individual bags and she told us which meal was in each bag. So we didn’t have to play the open sand which game to see who’s good was who’s. Staff today was great.

Doors were locked at 6:40. Several people walked up and then left. The drive through took half an hour and although the girl at the window was pleasant it was not a hood experience!

This Wendy's gets worse and worse with each trip. Every time I come here my order gets ruined, this time twice within the same week. TODAY, I ordered a 4 for 4 but instead of a Jr. Bacon I received a cheeseburger with onions, no bacon, no lettuce, no mayo, nor tomatoes. Then to make matters worse I'M ALLERGIC TO ONIONS so I couldnt eat the burger. I called them on the phone over and over but no answer so no resolution. HIRE ALL NEW STAFF OR CLOSE!!!

Not sure what’s going on in Sanford but seems like there’s a problem with fast food restaurants. Went to this Wendy’s twice within a couple weeks of each other and both times there was a reason why they can’t take any orders. Both times, pulling up to the drive through and both times…”Welcome to Wendy’s but (fill in the blank), we aren’t taking any orders. ??‍♂️

This restaurant chain has an extreme tendency to have problems with the Dine-In Lobby Kiosks and try to force people to their Drive-Thru side of the business to accommodate lazy employees who can't keep up with making easy sandwiches that children could make (not supporting child labor). A lot of these fast food chains just want Debit / Credit card transactions to play a part of a bigger scheme of things... that doesn't benefit people... It's a shame people still haven't realized how important it is NOT to allow all electronic transactions to dominate business as far as purchase necessities and living every day life...

From the car to drive thru you can smell dirty old cooking oil and a dirty mop. Gross, made me nausea and lose my appetite.

I can't recommend this Wendy's. Their service is EXTREMELY slow. Every time we've gone through the drive-thru the wait has been ridiculously long. Multiple times I've watched people pull out of line and drive away. I tried going in this time to see how the wait was and what was going on inside. While I was waiting inside, I watched an upset couple come back from the drive-thru with missing items from their order and having to wait a long time again, and a customer wait an unreasonable amount of time just for a frosty..The food that we did get tasted like it was sitting under the lamp for a minute. I would avoid this location at all costs..

2 days ago granted it was after 11pm but had no hamburgers only premium sandwichs. Tried to call the next night to c if they had their burgers back but they would only answer the phone and hang right up. Went anyway and they had burgers!!!!, but no chicken nugs, chixken sand,and no fries only beef lol. Crazy i know supply and demand is crazy right now but seems to me they could do better.

The drive thru only takes one order at a time at night. I arrived at 10:14pm and nobody would answer at the speaker even when I said hello several times. I used my car horn still no answer. I pulled up and one car was at the window. I said hello again to both employees who came to the window to speak with the car in front of me and no response. After the car left I pulled up to the window and explained to the employee what happened to me at the speaker. He took my order and provided my drinks then parked me. I know during these times it's hard to find employees but Wendy's should close early if they don't have enough employees. I witnessed cars driving around the building to see if the place was open. One car cursed as they drove by. I finally received my order at 10: 37pm Oh I forgot the employee also told the customer on the speaker about me which was proof the speaker works and was very unprofessional.
