Standing waiting for my Doordash order....people that came after me got their food before me..after about 10 minutes of of patiently waiting I asked the manager why is everyone getting their order before me and she commented that they were short stuff... really I didn't seem like you were short stuff to me, you guys just don't know how to get your line together this manager preceded to tell me to be patient.... patience after 10 minutes I've run out of patience you're messing with my money....you're here getting paid I'm trying to make my money and you have me standing in line 10 minutes while everyone else was getting their orders... not only that she wants to stare me up and down and give me the eye.... lady do your little 13.00 dollar an hour job so I could make my 20.00 an hour... I would call corporate and complain ..but why? They don't care about customer service anymore!

I realize staffing is particularly difficult right now but the service has been atrocious. Electronic kiosks are inoperable and you are completely ignored as a walk in customer. Knowing this, I ordered online this last time. my order was apparently set out and subsequently stolen before my arrival and had to be remade while I waited and the chicken was still frozen in the middle when I got home with it. I've given them too many chances already, not going back.

Complete and total sh1t show of a fast food place. Drive thru is packed because no one will serve you inside and 1 of the 2 automated machines actually works. Workers will look you dead in the eye and turn around to package an order. When politely asked for attention, there is something else that must be done without acknowledgement.

On 5-26-22 I ordered 55$ worth of food and only got half my order and the order I got was ice cold nothing was fresh!!! I am highly disappointed I got to the window and all I got was attitude from the cashier she told my whole order was there which it wasn’t I will never come back to this store! I even tried calling to let the manager know about the horrible service I received and got no answer and couldn’t leave a voicemail because the voicemail box was full! I will be calling tomorrow morning!! This is very unprofessional and horrible service!

This Wendy’s needs to be shut down. The workers are rude (constantly scoffing and rolling their eyes). Took one order every 12 minutes and go ghost when they definitely hear you through their headset. The food is disgustingly raw, and when I asked for a non-raw sandwich the workers gave attitude and said their was nothing wrong with the sandwich when it felt smushy and uncooked. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. If you ignore this review, have fun enjoying your slimey raw chicken and rude workers.

Literally 5 orders caught there food before me. Waited 20 minutes for fast food all cause they were jumping all over the order board instead of doing orders in order. Never even got our drinks until I had to ask for them. Absolutely no resolution made available by the manager other than tell them to get my order ready. Duh

Customer service is non existing. Thank you, welcome or have a great day is out of their dictionary. Employees are on their phones instead of taking customers orders... Long wait times, and what it looked like a manager was more interested in personal conversations with employees, rather than taking our order. Two customers that came after me walked away because of the total disregard of our presence. I would not be visiting this store anymore

Tried to cancel my mobile order because I ordered carry out & inside was closed 20 minutes early and the drive-thru was wrapped around the restaurant. The worker gave me a blank stare and just pointed to the drive-thru. I ended up leaving without a refund on my order because we were pressed for time. On the bright side, if I ever get serious brain damage, I know there’s still employment opportunities available because of this restaurant.

Worst service at ANY fast food place. Ordered through app. Got to store and clicked that I was there. Went to door and it was locked. Started back to car and an employee came out. Asked about going in and she said lobby was closed due to incident. Got in car to go through drive through. Drive through said they weren't taking any orders OR preparing any the had come in. I verified that my card had already been charged and asked how to cancel the order. No one knew how to cancel an order through their own app. Two attempts to contact corporate office went unanswered. Having to go through my bank to dispute the charge.

1 star is to much..I had an awful experience, I waited probably 45 minutes in the drive-through lane. 20 minutes at the window alone we're no one even acknowledged me. I finally asked someone walking by the window if there was a problem and her answer was " I don't work the drive-through window"... I finally drove off without food? I won't be back!
