The food was okay. The service could of been better considering the amount of staff they had. I had to ask for my bottled water several times. Was given a cup of water since they didn’t have bottled water. Was finally given a bottle of water which was warm, I’m more upset that I had to ask several times about the bottle water and someone didn’t tell me from the beginning they didn’t have any that was cold . I could of handler that better than no communication at all.
I come here often. Best of the best, quality food great service! Especially Michael, this guy always greets me with a smile and is working hard. Michael and his team are awesome. Thanks for making my lunch break a highlight of my day!
Visited Tropical Cafe this morning for the first time. Did a curbside order for 2 Santa Fe Quesadillas. My food was brought out to my car by a really nice young man. I don't remember if I selected a fruit but I got a banana for one of my fruits, the young man who was walking to the immediately turned around upon hearing the store door open turned around walked back to the front to assist me and pleasantly switched out my fruit for an apple instead. There was another young making the smoothies and he too was attentive and acknowledged me coming back into the store. Great experience because customer service is very lacking in food service The Santa Fe Quesadillas had a good flavor. 1 piece I bit into didn't have much chicken but I got one from the other one that did have sufficient chicken and it was really good! The smoothies were excellent! Their kaleslaw was good also. I will definitely be returning. Fingers crossed that this type of service is consistent, would definitely be one of my new go to spots!
Ordered on app for curbside pickup. Waited outside but no one came out. Went in got order. When I got home I realized all the chips from my order were not in the bag. I called the restaurant asked for a manager. When they came on the phone I asked their name. The young lady refused to give me her name. I explained the missing items and asked for a credit to my credit card. I did not feel like wasting the gasoline to go back and having my food be ruined, by sitting until I would return. The woman informed me that chips are sold as part of the combo so I could not receive a refund for them. She was rude, and has no concept on how to speak with people. I suggest no one frequent this location unless you want to be frustrated and mistreated.
Great smoothies and fast service.If you're dragging all day or super hot, you have to try one of these smoothies. Will give you energy immediately.
Horrible service, just horrible. The girl making smoothies was slow and acted as if she didn't want to hear anything her Co worker's were saying. The place was packed and she barely would call out the names. The only hustle was from the guy making food. They were young but this is unacceptable. Orders messed up left and right. How are you slow and still inefficient?! They need some more training big time.
I hate to write a negative review and I am aware that now a days finding good help is hard to find and even though the smoothies and food were very good the 2 gentleman up from were rude and very unwilling to help …shame..will not return
This location has smoothies for $2.99 from 6pm-8pm as the picture shows. The best time to buy?? these delicious smoothies, also you can ask for half the sugar they usually come with
