Fast food Tex-Mex with lots of HOT sauces! Chips and Salsa order was huge and before we even got started our food orders arrived. Very fast food, large quantity and flavorful. I would go back!
The service actually was very very good. For that thank you! I ordered a steak burrito that barely had any steak in it. There was maybe15 pieces the size of my thumbnail. It was like where's Waldo with steak.
Disappointing they discontinued the chicken tostada... if all of them are like that then this will be my last visit... Bye Nye Tijuana Flats...??
Megan (manager) is an absolute angel! We had an issue with 3rd party delivery, and she stepped in and handled everything so smoothly!! Thank you so much for caring and being awesome!
The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.Ordered a meal with no sauce as I am allergic at 9:35 and arrived at 9:45 to pick it up. Got home at 9:50 to find sauce all in my food. Called SEVERAL times with no answer to finally get someone to answer at 10pm (when they close.. how convenient) for the MANAGER to tell me that the cooks just turned off their fryer and it “would be too much to ask them to turn it back on”Unbelievable.
Went this location today. Food was great, but could not understand why they had about 3 or 4 girls up front, and I seen 1 or two in the back. The ones in the back were busting their butts, however the 3 or 4 up front all they cared about was talking with each other and signing and dancing to the rap songs on the radio. Not once in 30 min. did they interact with the guest in the dining room to see if they needed refills etc. Had to ask for a to go container and it was ovious that I was putting them out. Never will I go to this location again. First and last time. The Orange City store is much better with customer service. I am only giving two stars because the food was good, however their prices are throw the roof.
While the portion isn't bad for the price and the workers were nice enough, I wish there was some sort of sign to tell you where to pick up your to-go order... I had to wait in line for over 10 minutes just to be told that my order was on some back shelf that you can't see from the front of the store... by the time I was able to eat my nachos, they were cold and soggy.
This was our first time going to Tijuana Flats. It has a casual, laid back vibe. You order at the counter and they bring your food out. We got a generous portion of chips and queso and a chicken burrito and chicken quesadilla. They use shredded chicken which I didn't care for but besides that the food was good.
I got the tacos. It was $9.48 for just 2 steak tacos that are basically a salad with very little meat on a tortilla. Definitely NOT worth $9.48. I also got the chips and salsa for $3.50 which were good but are free at most Mexican restaurants. I feel the prices are too high here for what you’re getting, unauthentic Mexican food. I believe you’re paying more here for the cool atmosphere. I’m sure some people are ok with that. Personally, I’d rather have good, authentic food at a fair price. I’m not easily distracted by all the cool, brightly painted murals on the walls. A taco should not be 90% lettuce and other fillers with a tiny bit of meat at the bottom. I don’t care how pretty the decor is.
Always amazing! Friendly service, cool atmosphere, and the Hot Bar is amaz!!
