We ordered a batch of fries, wings & a cheese pizza. The service was a good 4, the girls are really pleasant ..in every aspect ? The wings were a solid 4, fries were really good but don't go there for the pizza, not sure if it was an actual "frozen pizza" or not but it tasted very much like buying a "frozen pizza" from a grocery store ??♀️ ..so skip the pizza and just stick with the wings & the "view" ?
Best wing house we have ever been to. food was great service was even better. Our waitress was sweet, kind and took very good care of us we didn't have to ask for anything she was on it. If you want great service ask for Patience she's got an old school vibe to her for a young lady. I've never had drinks and appetizers that fast at any restaurant on a Friday night anywhere. Patience is the best ? thank you.
Ive been going here 3x a week for a couple months now and its been consistently inconsistent. 1 Day the Food is Perfect the next half of the order is wrong or barely edible. Its obvious the Cooks here have no clue what they are doing most of the time and if you want good food I would go elsewhere. I will say the Manager covered one meal that was wrong but its happened about 8x so that unfortunately only goes so far.
It's been more than 8 years that I haven't been to the Wing House, and I really regret going. The outside tables were super dirty, sticky, the waitress, since she is a host she couldn't clean the table, I went to my car to get some wipes, when she saw me cleaning the table, then she offered to clean it for me.. Thanks but no thanks..Waited 5 minutes for the server never showed up. The place was not full, there were 5 of them steering at each other. Probably they will have to learn better, since looked they just turned 21.
Asked for well done wings. They were not cold but less then medium temp wise and squirted when I bit into one. They were so not well done. Actually closer to rare then we'll done.Waitress was nice enough and kitchen manager did come apologize but I never send back for new food. If I send back I'm done eating.
Was invited by a friend to try out this place. Outside of being greeted by the person at the door. We were ignored for a good 15 minutes, no server even came near our table. This was not only our table that day. Two other groups who arrived before us also left due to none service. Seriously, I saw one of the servers sitting off to the side playing on her phone. Terrible service. Note: I do not remember the exact date but it was within the last 3 months.
I arrived here to pick up a delivery order for UberEats. I was addressed immediately by a friendly, informative Hostess. I then stood their and wait for over 45 mins just to eventually be told the customer's order I was waiting on the restaurant wasn't fulfilling due to kitchen shortages.I informed my customer and went on to my next stop. During my 45 min wait, I do have a message for the owner. Any bar/sports viewing restaurant, is usually aware of any/ all major sporting view events ahead of time. The night I was in your establishment was a fight night. Because of this the restaurant was packed. I understood. What made absolutely no sense to me. Why was the front of house manager was MIA and had no clue about the fight and took no leadership role at all. Who did, and I was wish I had gotten her name. She was amazing, she was communicating with not just me, the other customers, the kitchen, other waitresses. She was in control, absolutely amazing, definitely deserving a promotion. Watching her do everything she good to under promise and over deliver, trying to make every single customer happy. She was doing an amazing job to make light of a difficult situation. All the customer saw it. She was amazing, she was running the front of house as the front of house manager stood watching the fight doing nothing.
One of the most horrible rude disrespectful places, ever ! Not all the waitresses but more than one, at a table of 10 people , all the orders had something wrong, and some were not consumable, horrible wings, fish, and burgers, cold soggy fries, soggy lettuce... Corporate needs to get in there and restructure... instead of the girls, paying attention to the customer floor they were all outside hanging , together, doing the littlest possible amount of work... The floor manager is a joke so unpro,,,, slumped over a chair in the back office with the door open, doing nothing but gazing out the door, he made a brief appearance to the floor one time in 90 minutes, even though this table of 10 had many issues... his appearance was that of a janitor ... he also openly displayed his attention to one female staff member, were she frequently visited his office, sometimes closing the door , for awhile and when the door opened they were giggling like 2 school kids... very unpro... the tables and floors were unkept, greasy and sticky, later it was found that 3 of us had very bad diarrhea, after going home... oh yea be careful if you have to use the bathroom, there was standing mop water all over the floor, nasty .... slippery...Please Corporate make corrections as needed to save our neighborhood Wing House, it's not only an embarrassment to the community, but also to your reputation and name ....
First of all the food was atrocious. Horrible quality, the taste reminded of cheap canned foods. But that wasn't the worst part, the bartender by far took the cake. She was inattentive and rude when asked questions about the menu. She showed very little if any knowledge about their products. The absolute worst and thats saying alot. Gabby you're the worst. You're already hard to want, don't be hard to like.
Went there for the first time in awhile and wish I hadn't. First the waitress ignored us like we had the plaque after we finally got to place our order. My wings were the worst I've had in many years. This place must be under new management cause it is nothing like it used to be. So sad, I used to love their wings, not the skimpy outfits the little girls wear.
