The chief here is passionate about what he does and he literally creates magic with the food he makes! One of my favorite spots to come to when they are open! Their are items on the menu that I would never eat outside of this restaurant but I’m always willing to try it here. I have yet to be disappointed and if you are looking for a place that’s made with love and care then you gotta come here! You can thank me later ?

The Tennessee Truffle is a hidden gem in Sanford, the food and atmosphere is amazing. I would definitely give this place a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

Dinner at The Tennessee Truffle was delicious! The chef inspired menu is unique and changes often. I had the skirt steak and it was tender, delicious and the flavors were well balanced. The chef combined cheese curds in my fine dining dinner and the flavors melded perfectly. We ended the experience with a slice of the cornmeal pie and buttermilk ice cream. It was the perfect ending to a fantastic dinner.

Really a special experience. Farm to table chef driven fine dining without being stuffy. Cannot recommend the fried chicken enough. Outstanding. The whole place is 10 tables so be warned they are 100% reservations. We saw at least 10 groups turned away for dinner. My only complaint was the desert I had. Unremarkable chocolate sauce on biscuits that were severely overcooked and oddly flat like they didn't use yeast? I dunno but everything else was amazing. My mom's popcorn desert was terrific! We'll be back for sure.

My all time favorite place to eat! Best restaurant in central Florida! A date night, must!

We were looking for something special for Valentine's Day meal, and we sure did find it at the Tennessee Truffle in Sanford.I loved that a lot of the dishes incorporated nuts like walnuts and pistachio. Each dish was so creative.Chilled Dill Cucumber Creme Fraiche SoupCucumber and Sour Cream -Grapefruit, Big Daddy's Radish, Parisian Cucumber, Lump CrabRoasted Big Daddy's Broccoli RabeBroccoli and cheddar -Bartlett Pears, Double Smoked Cheddar, Toasted Walnuts, Orange Blossom HoneyYankeetown, FL OystersWarmed in a Ramp Butter and Dashi Broth. My friend and I went here after we ran in a 10K in the morning so we were starving lolThe staff was very friendly! And the food was amazing! I would say though if you order the crispy bacon be prepared for it to be very crispy! It was like rock hard lol but they replaced it for me and it was perfect then! Oh and the mimosas were spot on!

I took my daughter tonight for her birthday. Drea and Chloe were so nice and took really good care of us. They gave her a free dessert. The environment was nice and the the duck breast and steak were delicious. Thank you for giving my daughter a nice evening out for her birthday.

We moved to Sanford 2 years ago. My husband and I couldn't wait to try the food at Tennessee Truffle. We had heard and read so many great things about Chef Nate that the expectations were high. Well, it's 2 years later and it is now our favorite restaurant.Chef Nate never disappoints. His food is always perfect. Each plate is a work of art and you can tell the love that was put into each dish. The ingredients are hand selected by the chef and the menu changes with the season. He always makes a point to visit your table. He may deliver the dish or just stop by to see how everything went. The service is also top notch. Andrea, is usually our waitress and she is as sweet as can be. She knows our names and is always eager to tell us about the latest dish.Tennessee Truffle has a reasonably priced wine list to go with your meal. The entre prices are also very reasonable for the quality of food you are receiving. Just don't forget to make a reservation. It's a small place and fills up quick. Also, you should know they are open for brunch on Saturdays. Try the "biscuits and gravy" (they are life changing).

Insanely exceptional food!!!! Creativity and culinary art abound! Well done to the whole staff, chef and kitchen! A must visit if in Sanford. A true gem. The pork belly is one of the best dishes I've had in a long time.
