Two words. Food poisoning. On the toilet since I got back. All of us have pains in our stomachs. Bathroom was dirty. Food we told the server it was awful. She didn’t offer anything off the check. Just told us she was sorry and not much else she could do. Had multiple servers, kids food was disgusting. Bathrooms were soaked in urine. I mean it was so bad you didn’t want to touch things without gloves on. Butter or the rolls were a problem. Didn’t have that addicting taste that they usually have when I go to the one in orange city. No one greeted us at the table, almost left. Almost an hour waiting on food, no updates. Food looked bad as well, but hey you’re starving so you give it a shot. If I end up going to the hospital, I will be saving the bill, and reaching out to someone higher up! Avoid this location, and try orange city! Don’t subject the family to this place. I usually avoid chains all together and support mom and pop restaurants who want to keep business, and not lose it.
Good solid comfort food choice. We go to enjoy the yeast rolls and consistent food. The steaks are cooked correctly and tonight I tried the herb chicken. Very tasty. I judge many restaurants by the way they cook the vegetables and the veggie of the day was not overdone, was crisp and flavorful.
Amazing service ! We wanted to see a specific game on the tv and they went out of their way just to display it for us. The manager (Heather)was really kind and the server (Maria) was super sweet and was constantly checking up on what we needed. I’ve never had such a great experience/ service. We will definitely be coming back and I do highly recommend coming here. Whether your going to eat on your own or in a huge party, this is definitely the place to come to :)
I placed a mobile curbside order for a 3:00 pickup time. In all three meals , the steaks were burnt! Spent $85 on this Mothers Day. Not very happy about this.
Aimee 5 stars for you! You are excellent and very personable. You asked all the right questions and your service was great!!Now for the three stars... walking in and didn't feel welcome at all. When we were seated we ended up waiting for about 15 minutes while there were numerous servers standing there talking. Eventually, we had to get up and go back to the girl who seated us and inform her that we still weren't helped and this prompted her to ask for someone to help us. Side note: they were not busy at the time we went.
Texas Roadhouse and me attempting a 24 oz bone in tomahawk cut steak!!! Added a skewer of shrimp for the win!! Also had a side salad to take away some of the guilt. I had my steak Pittsburgh seared and cooked medium rare, it came out perfect. Service was great however a slow delivery of our order due to a peak time dinner rush as expected, no worries, our server brought bread to the table which thwarted our hunger. I highly recommend call ahead seating. Overall a perfect 5 star night out at TRH..
This has been the worst roadhouse we've been to. We were put on the waitlist at 6:32. Got called at 7 but then had to wait ANOTHER 15 min inside. Then we were seated with no rolls or silverware and the guy took a really long time bringing our drinks and appetizers. We ordered a cactus blossom and they left the skin on part of it. (We complained and it was taken off). My dad ordered chili and my mom and I were both done with our salads by the time his bowl came out. Then we all ordered the road kill. My mom's roadkill came out looking like a brick. Definitely not the "medium" she ordered. And she didn't want to complain because we had already complained about the onion. (She could eat the middle but some parts were so burnt, she couldnt chew it) We left the restaurant at 8:20. Overall, this was not the best texas roadhouse. Go to the orange city one instead.
I typically don’t do reviews, but Courtney at the Sanford location made our night! There was 11 of us tonight for my nieces 5th birthday and Courtney rocked! She stayed on top of everything and she was the sweetest person. Food was sooo delicious ! We are a loud bunch but we enjoy the laughters. Thank you for making our night and experience so much fun!

Food on the table when seated..appetizer never came out..silverware covered in old food..the ole lady's steak came out with no side, 10 minutes later(after the steak is gone) she was told they were out of the particular side..my order came out wrong, sent it back and went over what I wanted again with the waitress..yep came out wrong again..This location has been nothing but issues since opening. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes further to the location in Orange City, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT?
