The whole point of drive through is not to have to exit your car. But here, you get the best of both worlds. Check your bag BEFORE leaving drive thru line bc items are likely missing. Also multiple items on the menu that are out of stock.
When we went around 9 pm, it was really busy. we had an order with 3 combos, it took forever for us to even get to the window to get our food, then once they took payment it was taking forever to get the food, so they had us pull up to the front door, the guy that came out said "sorry about the wait there was an order screw up" so we get home and our order was not only screwed up anyways, we were missing things and got things that we didnt order..but it wasn't all that warm.
Ordered through Uber Eats.. it was disgusting. We found a long piece of seran wrap/plastic in the burrito. The meat was dry and ice cold. They forgot all the sauces. My husband was sick the whole next day. The worst Taco Bell ever.
Been here 3 times, 2 times the customer service has been less than good. Recently, we went at 11.00 and the drive thru took 40 minutes for them to say they had very little left in the kitchen and that my mobile order hadn't gone through. If they had little left in the kitchen, somebody should have gone out to the very long queue of cars and let people know.
I highly recommend you call first for late night hours. This is now not the first time I have driven to multiple locations well before over an hour to close only to have employees and managers simply stop taking orders without providing any reason. All lights still on. Only to be told to drive to a competitors taco bell. (All franchise's) Its a good thing gas isn't over $4/gallon. O wait it is! If you are a corporate officer or owner you are more than welcome to reach out to me. Also a phone call will be made to the district to make sure they are aware. This simply isn't fair. Used to be I love to this Taco Bell Pl. to go to eat inside great service good food but yesterday I went to Inside order for my food completely gross food
For some, old menu items are missed and would like to be recreated. I was wanting a smothered burrito the girls were very polite and said we can do custom order. It was awesome thanks
Left the house at 10:15 got to TB at 10:20 got off the line at 10:58… 3 people standing around doing absolutely nothing but harassing the new guy about the order before mine.Ps: nice cut new guy …
Hot food, made well, served quick. The staff is friendly and the inside is clean and well kept.
I come to this Taco Bell every week and there one of the fastest places to get food. But today for some reason some women was in the back not the manager guessing she from corporate. She was more worried about give the crew special order trying to trick them. Taking pictures of what they made to post on Facebook just to throw the food in the trash. While people in line had to wait over 20 minutes for food. While I was eating my food seen 3 different orders from drive threw come in with wrong orders. I've never seen that here before today happen. Lunch time rush is not the time for this. All the lady (tall spanish ) did was stand behind everyone on the line and play on her phone and throw out a comment here and there of what's not right. If she worked instead of standing over everyone things would go better. She needs to be fired.
