How can you advertise Mexican pizza are back then from day one we been going steady still no pizza. Our craving is to blame. Come on now. I live 20 miles away and either waiting 40 minutes in line told don't have what we want then get home order is wrong. 90 ot of 100 times this is our experience. Sorry taco bell yall slacking bad. Weak/ crabby customer service. It was early evening, so maybe the gal at the window was near the end of her shift. The food was typical bland Taco Bell. The best part of the visit was the Baja Blast soda. It's really hit and miss here.
My son was in line for 2hrs+ to only get to the window and be told that they aren't taking orders anymore. However I understand that the mic wasn't working but no one said anything. Not only that but the person at the window was rude and he witnessed another worker say I'm out at 12 period. Very unprofessional!
Purchased dinner from Taco Bell at the request of my granddaughter. I ordered 2 crunchy tacos and I received 2 soft tacos, so that was disappointing. The rest of the order was correct. On a good note, we did receive plenty of sauce packets. I felt like the food was a much smaller portion than I remember, but maybe that's just me. The traditional Taco Bell taste was missing. If I had been blindfolded I wouldn't have known it was Taco Bell and not in a good way. My granddaughter ordered a cheese and black bean quesadilla. She said it was okay, but it was as thin as the paper it was wrapped up in and had to literally be peeled off the wrapper. Disappointing. Wish I had taken pictures.
I was in the drive thru ?? ? a couple months ?? ago. They prepared my order just too fast. My soft taco ? was open and a lot of fillings were at the bottom of the bag. Poor service ?
The food was fast, hot, and editable, breakfast box,,,, my issues are a lack of fire sauce, ketchup, all they had was salsa which I think is horrible, to me the hot sauces and ketchup make the meal, it was bland and uneventful....
The staff used to be super friendly. Something changed. The past few times, it's like they don't know how to talk to customers. Common sense stuff. Like if I order on the app, and you're out of that item, then offer me a substitute at the window. Don't tell me I have refund myself, only to find out that I can't refund myself making me have to go inside anyway only to be told I have to call a 800 number. Oh well I'll still eat here I guess. Need that Mexican Pizza!
Bad. Bad. Bad. Drive through line was long and not moving. 2 signs on speaker: no soda and no taco pizza. When I had the opportunity, I left. I was 2nd in line to place my order. This particular store has had multiple problems in the past...not clean, stale taco shells, too long in Drive through line, food luke warm and unfriendly "help". Years...this has been going on. No more.
Incredibly rude, we waited almost 45 minutes for our order, someone walked up and stole it so we asked for replacement and we were met with complete attitude. We come here all the time and we understand you are short staffed but there was no need to be rude.
Updated: So I went here yesterday between 6:00 and 7:00 (4/22/22) for a simple order of two white hot ranch burritos and a water. When it was my time to order, the young lady taking mine was hardly audible, I had to repeat myself just to clear the way to order, but she said to pull forward anyway.When I did get to the order booth, she told me $3.95 and I was immediately confused; that is way too good a deal. I reiterated "wait, this is for two white hot burritos?" She said, "no, one" I understand corporate policy having worked alongside multiple managers, and since I couldn't order it without placing an order at the drive through, I told her I'll be back.After three cars ahead of me were done placing orders, I place mine for one more burrito. I told the lady talking to me, "one white hot burrito and that will be it" verbatim, and she tells me "okay" When I got to the register I was looked at with confusion, and this time it was someone else taking my payment. I told this other lady "I ordered a white hot burrito" and the lady who took my order prior standing behind her said "didn't you just order one?" To which I calmly said "yeah, I wanted two of these so I'm back for the other"I don't like doing reviews like this on a chain restaurant that has previously given me exceptional service; however, this customer experience was awful, and I have to point that out.In the future, make sure your employees are audible, make sure they don't tell you to pull forward before you can even see your order on the screen, and if your employees do make a mistake, at least inform them to apologize especially given the company ordering policy.Otherwise, food was great. Assuming every deficiency gets better, and everything else stays well, a further adjustment will be made on review.Update: The last few visits were excellent, customer service actively listened, were courteous, and efficiently paced. My rating for this location went from 2 to 4 stars.
