No busy and careless , asked for manager employee said manager works only morning, employees by them self, not a good experience
Slowest subway in the history ......Worst customer service and no manager! Don't come to this store!!!!
My son ordered me a DOUBLE TUNA sub yesterday. The only thing double was the veggies. When I took the first bite or two and barely tasted any TUNA, I opened it up and the pics show how little TUNA there was.
My sandwich was horrible. Bread was hard as a rock with suspicious white powder residue on the bottom. Asked for refund but the manager jimiia jemini or whatever her name is was so rude and unhelpful. She Refused refund and said i should of known better. The food industry is burning to the ground because they hire anyone. How is someone so unexperienced and ghetto possibly a manager? STAY AWAY from this location ! Unless you want rock hard bread and in the mood for a good ol fight with the manager. She is strapped up reDy for war. Subway Please teach customer service to your employees. Please its not that hard it's just a sandwich .
The worst experience I have had in all Subways around all USA, I ordered a Tuna subway and the lady who was preparing it made me belive she had put the adecuate amount of Tuna, and when I asked for the supervisor she told me she can't throw it away that I had to pay for it, I told her I don't wanted that nasty subway and I couldn't pay for it because I don't want it. They are a shame....
I didn't like the attention given when I was asking a simple question.
This may be the worst subway in FL. Very unhygienic service, touching face masks with hands while serving customers, wearing face masks below the mouth, handling subs inappropriately and they just thrown cheese on bench and served again in my sub! No hair masks!! Finally not packed well and everything spills around!!!
Employee's don't know how to make a sandwicges. The worst is they are selling expired apple juice.
Very good attention, everything fresh, good service and delicious. Very clean and organized place.
