This was the subway in Osteen,long line of people,one sandwich maker,could care less if she was slow,seemed annoyed when asked questions.and upon paying,she said either tip me or dump me...wth... Since when did you have to tip sandwich makers at Subway for making your subs never heard of that,that's their job, she got nothing so I decided to dump her.

Very poor service and short staffed. A friend and myself visited this location twice in one week to grab a bite to eat, BOTH days we were told food wasn't being made. Simply because the lady Mindy said she was baking bread on EACH OCCASION. Mind you there were bread already baked and ready to serve. Not only to mention she was very rude. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I am an asian American. We ordered subway online and paid already. When I showed up I was told I had to wait outside bc there were too many people in the store. I understood that considering the circumstances with the virus. But when three people walked in right after me and they weren’t told to wait outside? Or not having a fair system and having me wait while others didn’t was a very rude thing to do. I truly feel this was discrimination towards me bc of my ethnicity. After I told the man I already waited and I already paid for my order and that all I needed to do was grab it, he still claimed that I needed to go outside and wait when many people had already left the store. I’m truly upset that this happened. I’m glad that it was me to take this treatment instead of my mother who was supposed to get the food. While this was happening a lady also added in a comment “do you not understand English ??” I’m truly disappointed.
Good quality subs, staff can be a little slower and sometimes grouchy but overall good food at a fair price
I love their spicy Italian subs so good. Especially when its hot outside.
