One young lady was not very kind but ok I want be going back there
I went there Thursday 5-2-2022. Girls were so nice. Extremely helpful. Food was amazingly fresh. Definitely going back.
Got here at 9:05pm. they are out of bread. How are you out and you dont close till 11. They also are closing early. Waited in line before she even said anything about no bread. Bad experience. I eat subway alot and have never had this issue

Order a sub online through the app it had shredded cheese lettuce spinach tomatoes cucumbers green peppers and onions but when I got home it was missing lettuce and the green peppers I'm a little disappointed

Won't make my sandwich the way I want it. Apparently it's too hard to make a steak and cheese sandwich With the meat toasted not the bread. It's not rocket science.I continue to order my sandwich at Subway Without a problem except this one

if there were a 0 star option I would have done that.I have never been scared in a restaurant before. the guy that was working was angry and when I walked in at 10:30 ( they close at 11) , he looked at me a made a very loud unhappy sigh, then he walked to the front door and locked it and shouten to someone in the back : “ if somebody else comes in please do not let them inside”.Then he looked at me and said: “ I am out of meatballs and cookies if that’s what you’re here for”.I said no i am here for something else and waited in silence until he got done doing what he was doing.Then a lady approached the front door and saw that we are inside, and the “open” sign was still one. The guy ignored her, so she started knocking in the door and he shouted “I don’t care we’re closed whatever” .The lady started calling the restaurant’s phone number and he did not pick up.Then he wanted to let a customer out, so when he opened the door, the lady tried to come in but he stopped her in a belligerent way. She said she would tip him but he shut the door closed on her.Then he told me what do you want? and I said a tuna sub please. Then he screams: “ f*ucking human beings, they think money can solve everything… they think they’re special” and then he started imitating the lady in a downgrading fashion.I was so uncomfortable and I did not feel safe as he was angry and he locked the door on me.the worst part is that when he was letting me out, another client walked in and he got into it with him too.It was by far the worst service of my life. Very unfortunate that such a young guy can have such anger. It actually worries me because who knows what he is capable of. I wish management would follow up with him and see why he’s angry and try to make it better for him.
