I have been coming to this location since it opened and I have been very pleased with the friendly service, accuracy of my drinks and consistent quality of the coffee. My drinks are ready very quickly and I appreciate the kindness of the associates at this store.
By far my favorite Starbucks location. The friendliest staff. I rarely have a wait in the drive through. I visit in the mornings. Lately, I've had the cutest stickers on my cups that really start my day off nice. Thank you ❤️
I don't drink coffee, but great for a quick breakfast snack or lunch snack. The staff however are all five star.
Usually do mobile order pickup inside. Waited a long time this past experience but they were busy so I understand but it took 5 min before they even started 2nd drink...both iced and well over their 9-15 min expected time. Will try mobile drive thru pick up next time.
Paid 6 dollars for a cup of ice do better Starbucks this is like stealing.
Typically missing something in my bag, such as dried fruit for the oatmeal, no spoon, just 1 napkin. It gets frustrating when food or utensils are missing, especially when prices aren't exactly low these days.
I’ve personally had a few annoying experiences here with some of the barista‘s. There was one time that I sat and waited and looked at my cup for 20 minutes before someone even touched it. There were several people that ordered after me. However! This last time i went Walter made my experience amazing and he always checks in with his customers! Give this guy a raise!
This location starting having employees take orders outside, but I can’t see the menu. They stand on the corner before the menu is visible and don’t have a copy on them. This worker didn’t even say hello to me or anything. This doesn’t help my social anxiety lol
Great service, tasty snack and Chai matte on point. I lost my phone ? told 2 different employees. And I had to "Find my phone" app so they can make the connection that the lodt phone belonged to the same person reporting it lost. Asked for WiFi and the employee wasn't rude but wasn't helpful. Overall good service when it comes to their product so still giving a 5 stars
This location has messed up my order too many times to count. Today I used my free order to get a London Fog tea latte. There was no vanilla in it just the tea bags with almond milk (I could have just made that at home). I have picked up drinks for coworkers and they mess theirs up too. Also, whenever I order online, I still have to wait inside 5-10 minutes past my pickup time.I know it’s a very busy location right off I-4, but it’s happened too many times. Leaving a review in hopes that someone will see it and make some positive changes.Signed,I’m only going to international dr and Heathrow from now on.
