Unfortunately won't be going again. The line is always long and service is slow and questionable. Today we waited in line to only find out at the till that they weren't serving lattes. Why was the sign advertising lattes still up and where were the signs saying lattes not bring served at this time?

The customer service is terrible. I asked for my cream to be warmed because they put so much it makes your hot coffee cold. She told me it would be a upcharge. Only at this location.
I live a mile away from this SR46 Starbucks. Lately I have been driving to Lake Mary or Longwood locations to get a decent coffee or drinks. Management need to be replaced.

I had order two coffee and was waiting for 10 min and they just kept it on side and did not even enough us , the lake Mary staff is friendly as compared to this location....
The line was long but moved very quickly. Jayden was super nice & provided excellent customer service, his good mood & smile made my day! My latte was excellent too!

I went to Starbucks and asked the Barista to suprise me with a nice coffee. I tried the Horchata Almond Milk Drink. SO GOOD! I can even taste the cinnamon. Thank you Brandon! Best Barista Ever! Thanks a Grande! â¤
Overrated high-dollar coffee and I like how they put their coffee shop places where there are no other coffee shop places I'm hoping Dunkin Donuts catches on soon it starts placing their coffee places wherever there is a Starbucks
