I’ve come here a few times now, and usually my smoothies are good. Today was terrible, not sure what happened. I wanted to ask for it to be re made but the young lady making the smoothies seemed to not be in the mood whatsoever. I don’t think I’ll be back, service and quality has went down.
Waiting 20-25 min for a small smoothie is unexcusable...no type of organization
The only reason I go is because of Reese and Nia.These two are THE ONLY actual employees that work here.The other employees here do not work whatsoever,very rude,slow and trust me you will be waiting 25 minutes for a smoothie ,and that is WITHOUT a line at all.I don't see why the manager continues to hire these very very young little girls that seem to have no experience at all and ruin the entire stores name and professionalism.
Omg..I meditate daily and this place still is disturbing to me,the fact that children looking girls work very and take forever and a day to make a drink
They don't take gift cards and there is no sign that says that. It was a Friday, and we were asking them about their sizes, the employee never told us about the $1 UP. Then I saw the poster outside, and they said it's too late. Ridiculous the store doesn't take it's own gift cards. NEVER visiting this or any other SK ever again.
?? The only reason I add 1 star is because the review made me in order to post. I normally don’t write negative reviews when I have a bad experience unless it is egregious. By the looks the comments this store has had its share of issues. I just left the store & ordered an island impact requested that the pineapple juice be removed and to add kale and its place. When I receive my receipt I noticed they charge me for the kale. I told the clerk it was a mistake, I remove the pineapple juice in order to add the kale and its place. The clerk argue they charged me what I ask for. I’ve asked the clerk which was a guy with blond colored hair why would anyone pay for an additional item they can get with their substitute. Instead of being apologetic he wanted to argue so I asked for a refund. He snatched the receipt which caused the change to fly to the floor. When he returned my money I was a nickel short. I had to tell him it was a nickel he let fly across the floor. That’s the second reason why he should’ve known he could have made the mistake of adding that item on my ticket just like he made the mistake of refunding me the incorrect amount. Then when I proceeded to leave he stated, “you have a nice day, in a very nasty tone. I didn’t say a word or look back to antagonize his behavior.. This young man was that age of one of my children. I frequently stop by this location for many years. I have never seen this young man before. This location seems to have a change of employees frequently. In times like this where people are cooking more at home specially shakes you would think the customer service would be at a greater level. Whoever is running that establishment better put a hidden camera to view the actions of their employees. Customer service is everything!
I come here alot. On Friday a 32oz. Is only $5. Also helpse sore knee.
I'm outside the door at 7:34 a.m. and no one showed up to work I guess...again!? Please change the hours that you display. This is not the first time. False advertising and awful business.
This location stole money from me when I never received product. I ordered via app and the order was to be ready at 7:48a. Upon arrival, I noticed they were closed and changed their hours of open to 9a vs 7a posted in the SK app. I have called on several occasions, spoken to the employees who referred me to speak with the manager for a refund and they NEVER called me back. The app needs to be updated with the temporary hours to prevent things like this; whether handled by corporate, the owner, or the manager, it needs to be fixed. Whoever the manager or owner is at this location, shame on you for showing such unethical behavior to your employees. Correct the issue! Shady business.
