One of the best ice cream place around Sanford area, I was looking for ice cream and tired this place and it turned out really nice with out lot of options in terms of flavors , Highly recommended ?
My favorite ice cream place in Sanford. I always get the mint chip. Very friendly service and treats for the pup too.Sometimes there’s a long wait if it’s busy but just use that time to connect with friends and family and figuring out which flavor you’ll get!
Gave this place a one star because I’ve coming to sals since it opened and unfortunately the young staff there is horrible several times I’m charges for extras I don’t receive. Considering the long lines I rather not hold everyone up to make sure I’m getting what I pay for. And calling to tell them is helpless cause all you get is sarcasm and attitude. I’ll be looking for another ice cream shop where my money is appreciated and where workers work more than they talk
Amazing Italian ices and ice cream. The only problem was the attitude of the girl who served us. How can you be upset while selling joy???
went to Sal's Saturday at 4:30pm 6/18/2022 for ice cream. favorite place, no one there for service. hours of operation says 11am to 11pm.CLOSED!!

I had a very disgusting encounter with one of the managers at the establishment. My mother and I decided to bring my nieces to this so called "Family Establishment" just to be harassed with vulgar language in front of two little girls. This was unacceptable so I decided to call and was told to go "F*ck myself" and was hung up on. There was no use of vulgar language used upon our side nor any disrespect. This was completely foul for a place with a slogan of "Bring your Family to Meet Ours". It's sad that this happened because I've been going here ever since I was a little girl. Do better

Sal’s is the best but we’ve been in the drive thru for nearly an hour while people at the window will be there for 5 min and get there order before others.
Great treat when you have a sweet tooth. All the layers come together perfect. 5 stars keep it up ? we got the strawberry lemon gelato it was fantastic!!!
