Noticed no new reviews. We were frequent visitors there until now. Went Saturday. Everything was sub par. My margarita pizza had canned tomatoes. Both pizzas were smaller than ever before. Pizza came out warm, barely heated. Poor service. So sad because it was always so good. I reached out to management, NO RESPONSE. They’ve lost our business & now I warn people about going there
Bad Service. Waited to be greeted 10 min or more.. Food was good when it came out... Our waitress was preoccupied talking with friends at another table....We ordered appetizers, they came out AFTER the main course, (they forgot to cook them?), our waitress saying " you never got your appetizers?" Then, I had to go up to another waitress by kitchen, and ask for silverware. While eating, and watching our waitress talking to her friends, we had to get the attention of another waitress to get a refill. Then our waitress came over and became attentive and even brought our drinks in to go cups. Was helpful...when she handed us the check, asking if we needed anything else and sorry for the issues. We still left her tip, not as much as we usually leave, but she is lucky I struggled leaving that. Rewarding bad, I guess that is what is wrong in today's society we have grown accustomed to.. Took the fam there for dinner. It was our first time at RiverWalk Pizzeria and it was solid. We all got apps and different meals with sides and everyone was happy. Although it was a little pricey, it was worth it. Service was great, staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean, and overall the environment was well kept. Nice place. Further it’s large enough for a group gather or quant enough for a date night. Also, easy parking.
Ordered salad and pizza which were both good. Service was good. Immediate seating with no wait. Will be back
Asked for 2 well done cheese slices and a Chicken Parm sub. The slicesWere great but the sub, not so good. Just a few thin Chicken strips. Not enough meat at all.. Did get a tiny bag of chips and a pickle wedge but doesn't justify the $$$
Summer was our waitress last night and she was awesome! Very attractive and sweet! Riverwalk never disappoints! Their meatballs are my favorite along with their craft beer from Blue Springs Brewery which is located at their other location in Orange City.
Great selection of appetizers and entrees! They have affordable happy hour drinks and finger foods. Atmosphere is nice. The lighting is not too bright. They also have seating outside around the side of the building.
We have been dining here for decades + and have shared our concern with four separate experiences concerning their guests vaping in the restaurant while we are dining and their patrons being over served and publicly intoxicated to the point where they can’t walk and screaming profanities across the restaurant.Management merely states they can’t control what their guests do; however we dine out frequently and only experience these scenes at this venue. Vaping in a restaurant is not permitted, no different than smoking cigarettes.It’s unfortunate as it’s a convenient pizza stop close to home. We have come to the conclusion that RiverWalk is more of a bar than a family pizzeria. Please consider this when seeking a family friendly venue.
Pizza and service was good. Wings was nice and hot but overall flavor of the sauce was bit lacking. Nice place to come and try
Sauce flavors need some work .Buffalo chicken pizza sauce was tooooo sour. Flavours were way off balance. Garlic knots were ok. Loved the marinara sauce on the side. Would give the restaurant one more visit.
