I am Mexican so I'm pretty harsh when it comes to anything Mexican cuisine. Overall wouldn't come here again because of the lack of options and authentic Mexican food. Guac and queso were great but had to ask for non stale chips as the ones we were given were very stale. Great place for quick bite and if you are looking to add specific ingredients (that are availabe)to your order.
I wouldn't even give one star. Delivery always cost more and we had partially filled bowls after spending 15 a piece due to delivery. My son said it was ok but it would be better with chicken sadly we airdered one steak and one chicken with 5 tiny pieces. One had lettuce consisting of 5 pieces part of the romaine you don't put in salad. I called after spending so much and recieving half the food in a bowel and spoke to Chris . He seemed nice at first then called realizing they didn't even add the tomotoes and he hung up on me not even letting me speak . Chris is the manager apparently how professional. If he had spent this much on food to not have it correct or portioned he maybe more sensitive to the concern.
Bowl was good, they were out of brisket, which wasnt a deal breaker but the chips. The chips were soaked in saltwater and inedible. How hard is it to fk up salting an entire batch of chips.
My fam loves Qdoba more than Chipotle for the flavor and selection, but like any other place... Quality and quantity you'll get depends on who's working. I suggest going in to order so you can see exactly what you're getting. When you order online, they almost always skimp out.
This place is AMAZING!! The service is great, it's affordable, they don't charge you for guacamole or queso (unlike Chipotle) and most importantly, the food is OUTSTANDING. I 100% recommend ?
This was my first time ordering food here. I ordered a bowl and was highly disappointed. The chicken tasted very rubbery and the couple lettuce pieces they gave me were definitely not fresh. On top of that the gentleman making my bowl served queso on my bowl with out asking me if I wanted that. The bowl was cold and honestly lacked flavor. All I wanted was to try something new but I guess I’ll just stick to chipotle ✊?
Ordered through Uber and the bowl wasn't even half full. There was almost no rice and the little there was was mushy. When I go in it's always full and expect the same with Uber. Also no guacamole that I ordered.
Total debacle! Paid 45 dollars for a mere four vegetarian burritos via delivery. Each one appeared to lack key ingredients (or they were poorly represented). Certainly at least two of the burritos didnt appear to have any guacamole, sour cream, green peppers etc. Others had hardly any rice, beans, salsa. So much bread & so little substance. Ruined our dinner. They were also late arriving & cold. I filed a BBB complaint & it's been 8 days without a response!! Talk about complete indifference to customer satisfaction. I should have read the Yelp & Google reviews before placing the order as similar complaints are common with this location. I will be contacting the corp office & filing a charge back if needed.
This is my first time eating at this restaurant. The girl who first helped me was super nice, but the manager (I assume, since she was the only one wearing a black shirt) was rude, ice-cold and seemingly miserable.I asked for more lettuce and she gave me a few pieces. When I asked her for more, it was as if I was totally inconveniencing her.As I was paying I was looking at the line that gave a tip option because I usually do leave something for the staff, but as I did she yelled at me, “Hit the red x,” over and over.I honestly do not recommend coming here if she’s here. Such a bad vibe…which to me is everything. I don’t know what is going on in this woman’s life, but she isn’t able to leave it at the door.This is a picture of my -Tacos and the amount of Lettuce she gave me after me asking 3x for more.
This location is absolutely horrible, several times I have gone in and received bottom barrel service! Once the girl had no mask on and was fixing the food talking over it, now this time I order on uber eats for my job and EVERYTHING was wrong. The chicken was beef, the quac had the sticker in it off the avocado, the impossible wasn't labeled from the beef so no one knew what was what. When i called to complain the manager was dismissive with a very callous apology and didn't even offer to fix the order the proper way. I will never go there again I'm sick of then not taking ANY PRIDE in there location! If I could give ZERO stars I would!
