Not the fastest or most accurate location, never have what you want when you are there, and the dining room is not the best place to have your weave or tracks drying out on the table....smh
Terrible customer service both times1. Didn't respond through the speaker, pulled around and literally got waved off. Sat there until attendant came to the window yelling "We closed! We Closed! We Closed!" Literally could not even get a word in.2. Was told they were out of tenders and all sides except for fries and red beans.Both incidences took place near closing time. I understand that it's been a long night but really? Came here to leave the review and was not surprised by what was already here.
Horrible customer service ! Doors are open and they all yell it’s closed go to the drive thru. Why leave the doors open? Looking at all customers left feed back. This store needs serious reevaluation.

Terrible customer service the lady at the front window today 1/19/21 @12:30pm (lunch) WAS TERRIBLE & EXTREMLEY RUDE She needs to be retrained on how to speak to a customer she looks so miserable to serve paying customers i dont think she belongs in the customerservice field

Store was closed when it stated it was open. The problem was that in placed a mobile order and it still took the money.
Is 7:25pm...they don’t have any bone in chicken. WHAT?!? An epic fail again for this store. They shouldn’t even be in business.
