This Popeyes is discussing it has the slowest workers I have seen in any popeye's. They do not have sufficient sufficient food on site according to them because they don't want to waste it so so they're always missing items. Missing items. Forget about the online order as an option or purposeful purposeful since even though you pay for your food up front they will not make your order and do not tell you that until you arrive 20 minutes later thinking your food is ready and only have to wait another 20 minutes for the chicken to get done that they don't have sufficient for. Then when you actually tell him give me whatever you have they take 15 minutes to put together in order that should take 3 minutes. It's now going on 3 hours waiting for my delivery. Can't get ahold of them to cancel. Door Dash should also be ashamed of them. First driver they had was changed. Waiting on second driver. They got me by the throatI cancel can't go there. I'm trying to be patient. I will call there corporate office to complain. I will not order again. I'm a diabetic and I need to eat something. For shame fir you people running this restaurant. I'm 75 senior and in all my years this has never happen to me
We came to this Popeyes in passing and they only had two employees in the building, lobby closed and drive thru was the only option. The two workers that showed up did a great job being speedy and accurate with our order and it was some of the freshest food we have ever received at a Popeyes! Bravo to the two associates working the night of 3/10/22!
The franchise owners of this Popeyes location should be ashamed of themselves. I was in the drive through for 30min tonight and couldn't place my order until I got to the window. I explained what happened to the poor girl there and I was made aware it was just her and one other coworker.Really, Popeyes? There were at least 10 cars when I got in line and more kept coming in as well. Keep on short staffing your locations and see how well that works out for you. You'll lose your business when your workers all quit (which I hope they do due to unfair working conditions). Greed will get you nowhere except loneliness and unhappiness with your life and who you turned out to be. Shame on you. The two workers there were composed of grace and patience. They deserve better and I hope they're able to find less stressful jobs with better pay and with a company who cares about their wellbeing. They're people just like you, not cattle.Shame on you, Popeyes. Do better.
20 to 25 minutes waiting in the drive thru to order and get your food is ridiculous when this location is not busy. Staff is unfriendly too. Will go back to going to Chick-fil-A they know how to effectively run a business and treat their customers well.

Waited an whole hour for a PICKUP order. Placed the order at 7:30 arrived at 7:40, didn’t receive the food until 8:45. Meanwhile cars were coming and going and other people were getting their food no problem. Wasted an hour of my time and gas by sitting there for an hour. And the lady working drive thru is rude.
My first and last visit. The dining room was locked and I wanted to use the rest room. The chicken sandwich was one small thin chicken tender with a heavy, thick coating of breading fried in old grease. Disgusting.
Put an order in here. They handed my order to someone else after waiting for over 20 minutes just for them to decline my order and refusing a refund. Manager started yelling at my friend how they cant give the order like the manager was some 16 year old. Definitely hope this place goes out of business and the manager can never find another manager position again.
They were short staffed, maybe four people with a drive thru full and a lobby. Did a great job! Food hot and service good
