Went through the drive through. This was a pleasant experience. Both the one who took my order and the person giving me my order were very upbeat and friendly.
For starters I want to say Kathi is absolutely amazing! she has gregarious hospitality and that's a plus in the food industry. Her energy and vibe is so positive. I am an Uber eats driver and pick up food for customers from Popeyes and every single time whether it being morning or night she is always working and always has a smile on her face! She deserves a raise and to be promoted for sure
They were out of spicy breasts, booo, but the mikd was perfectly cooked. I almost went back for more. The drive-thru was quick and friendly. However, the speaker really needs to be fixed so as not to slow them down when it gets really busy.
Overall good food. But make sure you double check your order, they always seem to forget something. Been there 3 times in past month and a half or so and order family meals. Either biscuit's we're missing, and another time both biscuits and large sides.
It never fails with this place! Never gotten a correct order from here. I ordered the three-piece dark meat with mashed potatoes and a large iced tea. My daughter ordered the nuggets and Cajun fries and a large iced tea. My daughter also reiterated twice that she wanted fries with her meal. Needless to say, we sat at the drive-through window for approximately five minutes. They finally gave us our order and forgot about our two large iced teas. So we went home and our order was wrong! Unbelievable! Instead of getting a three piece that I paid for, I got a two piece with my mashed potatoes and my daughter got her nuggets in new fries. She also ordered sauce for her nuggets which we never got her and my order did not have a biscuit but hers did. This place needs to have some thing done to where the management can make sure they’re all in the staff exit program. Turned around and came back to the store but, they were closed. I guess at closing time they really don’t care what they give people as long as they get rid of it and if they don’t have enough they just short people. I want what I paid for and I didn’t receive it! This is a disgrace!
If i could give 0 stars i would, its 10am and Doors are locked and they see me knocking on the window n doors and NOTHING i guess they dont want customers, its always these location and this is a black fast food location there just lazy that dont wanna serve you!!! I need the number of Corporate ASAP ?????
Pulled into the drive through Tuesday 5/17 at 9:37 pm. They ignored us at the order speaker and after saying "hello" 2 or 3 times, they said to pull around to the window. We tried to order a chicken sandwich, but she mumbled that they only had a couple of chicken biscuits. We inquired and she said everything was already cleaned up.....it was 9:40 by now. They close at 10.... I was very disappointed that the employees were too lazy to service customers until the advertised closing time. So we went somewhere elseI hope the manager reads this =(
This was the worst ever today !8 piece nugget , over cooked , burnt and dry !2 piece spicy , again burnt and dry. Roll , hard as a rock !Charged me for a drink I didn't receive.That is after waiting in line for 30 plus minutes !!
Lady at the register left the counter to go outside to get other workers. Left me and another customer at the counter. Came back and acted like I was a bother to take my order. They had a 10 piece mixed advertised on a poster on the front window for $14.99. She acted like she didn't know ow anything about it. Just stood there and would not check. We left and went somewhere else.Worse customer service ever. Very bad last time to. Forgot items on my order. Told me to come back later. Then acted like they never talked to me. Never again! I would give them a 0 if possible.
Sooooooooooo slow. This place ain't fast food. It's just food. Could of prepped and cooked the chicken faster myself.And wth wrong with people these days always acting so miserable ... your in the service industry, if its too much to say hi thank you etc then go work in a warehouse where you don't interact with people. Bad service , no manners.
