One of the worst pizza experiences I've had ordered pizza I live .02 miles from the Location Pizza took over an hour and a 1/2 I ordered extra sides and a dipping sauce for the Apple pies at 99 cents . Plus the other sauces they offer for the Bone was chicken wings and the dipping sauce for the pizzas for the pizzas ordered and paid for them never received them when pizza finally got to my house ice cold I don't mean not hot I mean cold literally had tured hard ...... When driver got to door he reeked of alcohol.. When I tried to call back to say that the sauces were missing and the pizza was cold all I got was the recording no one picked up the phone... We'll not be ordering again

Front End staff and Management are always friendly and fast to Welcome you when you walk in and ask how they can help, whether it be pick up, a new order or a driver picking up for a delivery app. They help you with is most advantageous for what you want and the best price. And suggest deals to me I may be unaware of.I make seek a second job at this location as a driver. As I already work a corporate 9-5. I will update for any prospective employees how the process goes if I do go through with it. Cheers!
This location has terrible customer service. We waited hours for our food only to find out it was delivered to a neighbor’s children while she was at work. We called to explain and requested a second order. They said they could not do that because the driver told them she delivered to the correct home. Obviously, she was lying and we are out our money and without dinner at almost 10pm.Aren’t you supposed to check the debit card when the pizza is delivered to confirm the correct home? This was not done because it was delivered to the WRONG HOME, yet the burden of proof fell on us? We offered to provide our confirmation number, our card number and to even have the neighbor get on the phone with them to “prove” we did not get our order. To make this even better, the associate ended up hanging up on us.Tighten up. Seriously.
Ordered veggie pizza from the new Lake Minnie location... AWFUL!!! I ATE 1.5 slice and stomach pain began. I was sick for 3 days, finding out from Urgentcare I had food poison. Not sure if it was the cheese the veggies or THE UNSANI PRACTICE. ? When I picked up my order, an employee walked outside in parking lot to socialize n smoke with friends ? REALLY. CLOSE. CLEAN & TRY AGAIN!!!FYI!! The Old location down street was my regular go 2 for veggie pizza...

Waited 3 hrs for delivery but the worst part was everytime I called for an update after 2 and a half hrs they kept hanging up the phone. I would call wait for someone to answer just for them to pick up and hang up. I was real close to going in person and causing a big scene, this is ridiculous. And I dont want to hear about short staff it takes one person to pick up and say sorry for the delay, that's all it would've taken. Never again
