One of the better Pizza Huts. They are very generous with the Cheese and toppings. Service is always fast and friendly.
The pizza was delivered to the wrong apartment. I only found out after I called asking where my order was. I had to drive up to store to get my replacement. And I was never refunded the delivery fee and driver tip. Please do better.
I was very pleased with the service at this location.When it comes to Pizza Hut I have always been a skeptic. However my experience this time was exceptional, and the pizza I ordered was extremely good and priced right!! I will definitely buy pizza here again.
Excellent service. My delivery guy straight up went through hell trying to find my apartment but he was persistent and patient with my horrid and confused directions. Major respect to this dude I wish him the poggest of champs truly the greatest experience I've had with Pizza Hut and my years of being a customer. This is the greatest delivery guy to set foot on this planet. I shed tears of joy to see the bravery and commitment the staff of this fine restaurant possess and am glad to tell you that you have just gained a faithful customer.
Terrible service. Terrible food. Note to self: DO NOT GO TO PIZZA HUT ON ST 46. No one greeted me when I walked in. Two employees made eye contact with me and still never spoke. One guy even walked to the front and didn’t say a word. Finally after 10 minutes of just standing there I had to yell “excuse me” multiple times for them to acknowledge me. My pizza was old and cold but wings were hot and fresh. Not worth the money spent.
Our pizza had no sauce and was so doughy and bland. They forgot our wings and it was a gong show to get those hours after the fact. Delivery time was slow and we just weren’t happy at all. Won’t be returning and that’s too bad because the pizza parlor is in our community.
The pizza was cooked perfectly. The toppings were evenly spaced around the pizza. It was delicious
your app would not work. I was unable to receive points for my order and unable to redeem points toward my order. This is not the first time this has happened. Also, there should not be a charge for a sauce with the wings.
Having the products shown available online for delivery. The salad I ordered online was not available in the store. I found this out only when it did not arrive with my order. Also I ordered a Pepsi cream soda and received a regular Pepsi. I store manager told me credited the missing salad.
This time they cut my pizza wrong. I always have mine cut into squares and put that in the special requests. They are usually very good at it. When I got home and noticed it was cut regular, than cut into squares, which made for some very unusually shaped pieces. Not really happy this time..
