This is beyond words. These fries were so hard and old you can’t even eat them. The chicken was just as old! I’m so disappointed!

5 stars for the food but 1 for cleanliness for an average of 3. Barely anybody was eating inside or outside yet practically every table was dirty and there were many messes on the floor around the tables. I consider management directly responsible for this kind of thing and it shows a lack of pride in the restaurant. Seems common in the fast food industry these days to not clean the tables very often. Food was quite good and the order taker was perfectly acceptable. But way more attention to the cleanliness of the restaurant dining area is needed. And before the "owner" responds here, yes, I have already shared this at eadpdg.com

I actually like pdq and the food is always fresh but I ALWAYS get the wrong order when going through the drive thru without fail. Today I ordered a five piece and got a three piece meal with the wrong sauces. This has happened so many times and I would like to give the benefit of the doubt, but now it’s just annoying.

I love this place! The honey chicken sandwich is THE best and the Cheerwine beverage is superb. Customer service was great too, def recommend.

Deb and I wanted a fast bite on our way to Sam’s wholesale (shameless plug and no I’m not getting paid). Food was tasty (not the best chicken I’ve had NOR the worse)! Deb decided on 4 piece spicy fingers with fries. She said tenders were a juicy but the breading had an odd taste also not spicy at all. I had the Jacked Spicy combo with fries. The sandwich was a little dry and fries were burnt. Now the bad part of the review… the staff could care less about the dinning room or the outdoor seating areas. Numerous tables needed cleaned during the 30 minutes we were there and NOT once did anyone actually clean off a table. Everyone was hiding behind the counter and only ran out to deliver food and return to kitchen. Probably won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon!! Deb and Norm say SKIP IT !!

Most soggy nuggets I have ever had. & I specifically asked them to make them extra crispy because I know they usually come out soft. & when I say soft I mean breading falling off & everything. They came out soft and barley warm with hard probably dropped stale fries.

The food is exceptional here each time we go. I will not call the menu prices cheap, pretty average, most meals are currently under $10 and include a drink. If you subscribe to their rewards program, they do routinely have specials and bonus rewards that will turn your meal into a bargain for the quality. Don't miss out on amazing deals, and I think they give you three tenders just for subscribing.Sauces are made in house, they have lots of drink options from specially made tea to Coca-Cola Freestyle. Be sure to take them up on their handwashing station, it's nice to have clean hands and the soap is really good.On top of the consistently delicious food, the service is among the best I ever get. This is not a table service restaurant, but they carried the food to my table today, for example. Even if they don't though, which they can't always, it's almost always ready to go a couple minutes after ordering. You can really get in and out of the dining room quickly. Even if you can't dine in, they have a fantastic drive-thru service, just don't wait too long before enjoying your meal.I've written a lot, I just can't say enough great things about Sanford's PDQ. They're by far my favorite and I hope to come back again and again.

Where to begin. Service was bad. Very rude to take my order. Waited a long time in drive through. Handed a bag and rushed forward. They forgot items from my order drove back. No one apologized. And had to wait longer for my items and still no one apologized. Terrible.

They haven’t had waffle fries in months but can’t change their menu to reflect that. I also feel like I’ve been getting robbed on the milkshakes. They don’t have the cups that they used to have and the regular shakes that they give out now look like a lot like a small

Got the $9 dollar fried chicken sandwich and fries. First thing is open the box to find literally the hardest bun I’ve have ever received from any fast food place. You can see in the picture I’m trying to put my finger through it and you can see I’m applying a lot of pressure. The tomatoes were definitely days old cut they look and felt horrible. The lettuce in other pic you can see they gave me a chunk that was bigger than the chicken on my sandwich. My pregnant wife ordered the 3 pcs tender and she was only able to eat one of the three (very over cooked) just was super disappointed with the service and quality of food that we were given. And no waffle fries no one else has those issues.Definitely will not be coming back to a PDQ. Just sad that no one takes pride in there work and food quality anymore. Maybe the health inspector should pay this place a surprise visit.
