I never give reviews, but I just came across the receipt from what I can definitely say was a successful Pre-K graduation. First time here. Thanks to our server Melissa, and the excellent Chef and staff the entire family had a great time. If you knew our family you would know this is not an easy thing; since our food choices are so different. I don't know how she did it! (Served four adults and three children; tiny foodies) Melissa was funny and playful made us feel right at home. All the orders came out nice and hot and served as ordered. In good time too. The orders consisted of steak, mash potatoes with gravy and a vegetable medley. The gravy tasted like roast beef gravy. Both my daughter and I loved our plates. My son ordered a vegetable soup that was so good three others in the group ordered one as well to take home. My daughter in-law ordered the Chicken Parmesan over penne pasta and she says it definitely taste authentic. Two others in the group taste it and agreed. Two of the children had hamburgers and french fries to there liking and one had the alfredo pasta. The pasta was such a large portion that the three shared and took some home. None of the food taken home went to waste. It was that good. For this I gave a five star. The interior could use an uplift (a bit dated), but that's the least of it. The staff worked so well together and the customer service was excellent from beginning to end. Definitely tipped well. Thank you Patio Grill, Sanford.

Outstanding breakfast with great prices. Four adults dined here and we LOADED our tables with food, coffee and juices. The bill was$60 and we were all so stuffed. They did have a breakfast buffet for $10.95 but all of us dined ala carte. So worth it.
Stopped by for lunch on the way to the airport. The food was very good, reasonably priced and the service was OUTSTANDING! Must ask for Kim as a server, she was a pleasure to have. Would highly recommend.
I have never been so humiliated in my life. I went to this Patio Grill on 2/13/2022. We had a Valentine party in a room that was reserved. We came for the breakfast buffet. While at the buffet I asked was it a regular buffet or was it still on COVID restrictions. I was told by a woman, (who is now identified as the Owner's wife.) That it was all you can eat but then she looked me up and down and said that I may have to be an exception to the all you can eat rule. This was my first time at this restaurant. Now I'm a big guy. But I have never been so embarrassed and disrespected. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Great variety, service and delicious! Highly recommend! Very impressed! Will be our go to place when flying into and/or out of Sanford. Wasn’t sure if open because sign not very bright. So happy we came in! Tku!
We came in to have a nice lunch as we usually do. I had a idea of what I wanted to have. But when I saw the menu for specials I saw chicken wings with 995 next to it there were also other specials on the board. When we get our bill the wings are 1495. When I asked the waitress she says oh no they’re 1495 the 995 price was for the calzone. The 995 was right next to the wings it kind of looks like the wings and the calzone were the same price. Every other special on the board had a price but they did not put one for the wings they had it look like it was 995. Then I’m told the wings are always 1495 on special well how was I supposed to know that I have never been there before I was coming with a friend who liked it. I doubt will be back two of us got the wings. I feel they should’ve honored the 995 because they forgot to put it there. I noticed they were 1495 after we spoke to them and she told us we just thought everybody knew they were 1495 how are we supposed to know that it said 995 very poor way to run a business
Best blackened tilapia ever…I highly recommend without a doubt the blackened tilapia. Never had this restaurant before but it was an amazing experience.The waitresses are very nice and amazing and they did the job very well
I have been to this establishment twice and both time great customer service and friendly atmosphere. All of the food options I tried were great (fried cheese sticks, Shazam shrimp, prime rib sandwich, fries, lasagna amazing, chicken parmesan amazing) with the exception of the Pot Roast which had no seasoning on it at all. Also i wasn't craxy about the blackened steak but it wasnt horrible. So far the Pot Roast is the one item on the menu that I would not recommend but I will be back and definitely want to try the buffet style breakfast. The place is huge inside, plenty of seating with a outside patio included with seating and a variety of menu options.
Sam, the waitstaff was awesome. She didnt make us feel anything but welcome even tho we weren't eating. Needed to kill time while car was being worked on, so we walked down and just had something to drink. Now, we are going to go back and eat next time. It smelled great and I'm sure it tastes as good if not betta than the aroma.
